I contacted Lakeshore Learning in East Brunswick by phone prior to coming to the store. I had received a laminating machine as a donation from my school district’s PTA. Within a year, the machine had stopped working. The person I spoke to on the phone was extremely polite and apologetic and assured me that I could come in and exchange the machine without any charge. I came to the store later that day and began explaining my situation to the cashier. The employee I spoke to on the phone overheard and immediately came over with a brand new machine. He made the transaction quickly and easily. I was on my back to school in ten minutes. The store was clean and colorful. I cannot say enough about the help of the staff. Great customer service! I will definitely bring my business there in the future.

I’ve been shopping at this location for almost 14 years. I love that you can laminate your own creations. The manager has been there as long as I have been shopping there, along with lots of familiar faces over the years, which is nice to see. Must be a great place to work!

This store is a gem! I wanted to laminate posters for my classroom and Staples quoted me a ridiculous amount. They have a laminating machine here for use and it is 39cents a foot (49 if you are not a Teacher’s Club member). The store is organized and has tons of great resources and décor. Although it is more geared towards younger children, even the high school teacher like myself can find things there to use and to help with differentiation.

Love this store! It is huge and has all that I need for work. Lakeshore also has coupons and in store specials throughout the year so you could save some extra money!
