I’d have to say the words «Disappointed on Tutoring Skills» for this facility. I invested $ 3000 for 40-​hours of tutoring to significantly improvement my sons SAT score and they did not help my son reach his goal. Comparing with an older son that wanted to improve his SAT score from 1280 to 1440 was able to achieve that goal with a $ 149 investment and just 6-​hour class, at his High School, is now attending Rutgers University.
My son that attended the Huntington 40-​hour program was evaluated and interviewed and we discussed his goals. His PSAT score was 1620 he took the SAT 4 times to achieve 1700 his goal was 1820. After complaining several times and having an additional meeting with the administrator of the facility we were going to monitor his progress and deficiencies. After the completion of the program, my son’s third attempt SAT score was 1640, far less than what we had discussed. The facility called for a follow up of my sons score and I spoke with the new administrator that I was disappointed and they gave him additional 10-​hours tutoring for free to no avail, again just a 60 point increase total of 1700 his final SAT score. I could say that my son is at fault, but my son go’s to a highly competitive Blue Ribbon High School where the norm is major stress and constant studying. My final determination is that my son was not tutored properly and the tutor to parent progress reports were absent.
Two stars because they were nice and bought up his score 80 points.
