they didn’t show for weeks after a promised appointment, they didn’t do what was promised, then when we asked for them to fix it they said«well your fine without it» and never came back. they charged us extra for water we didn’t get and said well we got billed so you are. they didn’t come back after the pool was set up and get it running. I asked to meet with Tommy before they sculpted our pool and that never happened. Our pool has pits in it and wrinkles. very unhappy

I happened to be at this pool service shop today around the time the mail was delivered. What I witnessed was completely and unnecessarily rude and it was enough to make me never want to support this business again. There was a mail slot on the door and I happened to notice some mail drop through it, which seemed normal enough to me. A mail slot is for the mail after all. Well, I then watched the woman employee, possibly the owner(?) throw open the door and start shouting at the mailman, saying he could have walked inside, etc. He was trying to explain why he’d used the mail slot, but she cut him off and kept giving him hell about it. He had a frazzled sort of look on his face like he couldn’t understand why she was being so mean to him, but he also couldn’t defend himself. I just felt really horrible for the guy and I couldn’t believe how outwardly angry this lady was about something so petty. It kind of made me sick to my stomach. I have no respect for people who act that way. Needless to say, I left and will not be returning. I can’t speak on how they are at servicing pools, but I’m sure I can at least find someone kinder and more respectful elsewhere.

Had work done in the past by Superior Pool and was very pleased. Buyer beware that a «free estimate» is really not a free estimate. Called about my in-ground pool and repairs that needed to be done. We had a leak company out for $ 350.00 to detect where the problems were. Called Superior for estimate to fix. Told Superior that lines were checked and that we wanted to replace«ALL» lines. They insisted that they would do a pressure check on the lines and never mentioned a charge. Next thing I know we get a bill for $ 110.00 labeled«service call» and below that is a hand written note«Free Estimates on repairs». In my opinion this is nothing but a back door way to charge for«Free Estimates».
