Usually, my thoughts of buying a car are the same thoughts as going to the dentist, I really don’t want to do it but it is a necessary evil. Now I can truly say, car buying is much more pleasant and if you want a fantastic experience you have to go to West Herr Buick GMC Cadillac. Lisa R & Dan T are a great team. First, walking into the newly renovated dealership is a pleasant experience, very open and inviting. We didn’t have an appointment and Customer Service quickly found us Lisa R, who we knew was very busy but still took the time to speak with us. This was the most relaxing and least pressure sale we have ever experienced. None of our previous experience at dealerships where they come out with a price, you say no, they say lets’ see what we can do for you and so on and so on back and forth. Lisa asked us all our wants, and needs and came back the first time with a great price with options. I personally can also speak for their service as I have a Buick Verano and the Service Dept is the best! Now I will actually look forward to my lease being up next year because I know I will be well taken care of by Lisa, Dan and West Herr Buick GMC Cadillac. :)

Yes, I concur entirely with the previous poster regarding this dealership. It is a very, very fair in dealing with its clientele, and treats the buyer with respect. I too purchased a vehicle from this location, and Lisa was absolutely rid myself of the negative reputation of the stereotypical aggressive and unrefined sales rep. She is completely professional, helpful, responsible, and easy to deal with. I am sure she is very successful at her work because she does it so well. Also, in dealing with a couple of minor issues on a previously owned vehicle I purchased, I too dealt with Melissa, and she offered completely acceptable resolutions to minor issues related to the sale, and needed to be adjusted. Absolutely entirely pleased with the sales process and how I was treated, and the vehicle is one of the best I have owned with no mechanical flaws whatsoever. Just routine maintenance as recommended in the owner’s manual, and I have had carefree driving for near 130,000 miles and going strong My car has been a very durable, reliable, and quality-​built vehicle.
While WH Cadillac does not have the glitzy «shock and awe» gleaming glass and steel showroom of the Mercedes-​Benz concession in Clarence, or the Lexus dealer in Amherst, who the hell cares? I am here to buy a car. I like the understated respectability of WH Buick GMC Cadillac.
