I went there with minor scuff. I asked for an estimate and when the guy came back in he buffed out the mark. They didn’t even charge me to take care of the issue. This was a very honest place. I hope not to have to use them again but will anytime I have an accident.

How much do I love this place? A lot! Although no one wants to need a body shop, I’ve used this location every 3 or 4 years (sigh). The last time was this week. It was a relatively small repair and frankly, I thought the price was great. They replaced a front quarter panel & painted it (& I think the guy said they were painting the adjacent door too, to make sure they match) & it was ~$ 600. Everyone was pleasant — when I dropped off the car, the guy even gave me a «concierge» card with his name/​number on it, so I could easily call if I had a question. This particular repair was out of my own pocket, but those times when I’ve need repair through insurance, they dealt with ALL the paperwork.
OK, so I’ve described a competent place with decent prices. Not all that unusual. But what pushes them over the edge into 5 stars is that when I got my car back, they’d cleaned it! We’re just past winter & my carpets & mats were gross — dirty & encrusted with salt. Dealing with that was going to eat up part of my next weekend. But happy happy, joy, joy — Carubba did it for me! That was the 5-​star bonus.

Had to get an inspection of my car for my insurance since I relocated to NY from CO. Called here, made an appointment the same day, and scooted over there to have the assessment done. Quick, painless, and efficient.
The person doing the assessment told me that if it started raining that she would have to stop the service and I’d have to come back (it literally took like 5 minutes– I couldn’t imagine having to come back for a couple little drops of rain). Wasn’t the merriest ray of sunshine, but got the job done.
Not a bad place for small things or if insurance is paying, so I hear.

Went to get an estimate. The guy could be barely bothered to even come out. Once outside, gave it a quick look over, complained that can’t give me anything definite without taking the car apart, and gave me an off-​the-​top-​of-​the-​head quote. And that pretty much completed the estimate. No written document, not even a parts list, and, whoops, he gave me an incorrect part estimate anyways. Looks like I’m going somewhere else.
