Bill & Joe’s Towing and Repair

Good service is probably one of the most difficult things to come by these days, GREAT customer service even more rare. On 10/​26/​2013 we were broke down on the side of 255 with a vehicle that would not start, and could not be jumped. We called Bill & Joe’s after calling several other places that were either going to take several hours to get to us, or charge us a small fortune (Usually both). Dick the current owner came right out, and quoted us a reasonable price. When he arrived he felt bad for having to tow us for a simple fix (battery cable connecter was busted and the reason why it would not jump), and went to work. He ended up fixing the problem enough to get the vehicle jumped so we could drive it home, he jumped the car, then followed us home to ensure we made it safely! He did still charge us some for his time, but considering how much it was going to cost to tow it, that was a huge bargain. That kind of service really cannot be beat, I have now programed their number into my phone shall I ever need a tow again, I will definitely call them first.
