Earl-Bowl Lanes

I was here a while back ago, bowling. $ 11.00 per person for 3 games, the food was excellent there, and the drinks were awesome! I am a fan of bowling, and anything can impress me. I think this bowling alley needs to get updated, and get new wallpapers, and newer pinspotters. When I was bowling, when the pins reset, they would fall out of the machine, which I don’t think should happen. But, otherwise, this bowling alley is a great choice for a family bowl.

What a great place to bowl. User friendly on price. We all had a great time. Easy parking, clean, friendly people and everything you expect in a bowling alley. I ended up buying a used ball, new shoes and a bag from the pro shop. I think I might even join a league!

Really enjoy the Earl’s in Quakertown so I went here to see what it’s like. I had an enjoyable experience here. Very clean place with nice service and good pro shop. The only bad thing about this place is that the lanes are very heavy on oil. Which for me is a negative due to my bowling experience. But, for just a random person who is using a house ball it shouldn’t be to big of an issue.

Always fun midnight bowling every Friday and Saturday! They play songs you choose and have prizes throughout the night. Good price for what you get!

We came for the rock and glow.
The music was okay. good selection. Wish it was a little louder.
The pizza was not so great. :(
Wish they offered more choices.
It just felt like it’s missing something.
Maybe more lights? Louder music.

All and all good crowd and good time.

Earl bowl has been around for years. I think it needs a little modern look inside.
It has a old stale smell …
Something to bring in the generation that could put earl bowl back on the hang out.
I like the idea of rock and glow bowling.
However the times are a little too late.

The times cannot entertain the young teen crowd that the rock and glow bowl can offer to them.

Very clean, Family Friendy. Nice and bright. No smoking. Very reasonably priced snack bar. Great family fun night package for 35.00. Saves us a ton as a family! Highly recommend for a family night. Also, no beer is served so you will avoid obnoxious drinkers.

Earl-​Bowl is my hometown bowling alley. I’ve probably rolled hundreds of games here over the years. After all my time spent bowling at alleys in other areas of the country, Earl-​Bowl is still the cleanest and has the most attentive staff. The leagues are very popular and competitive.
The lanes are always in above-​average condition but sometimes are better than others. The alley-​balls are adequate, not the best; if you’re serious, you’d best take your own. However, Earl-​Bowl excels with rental shoes – always clean, odor-​free, and replaced often.
I just wish they served beer! It would help me deal with the annoying kids who sometimes get dropped off car-​loads at a time by their parents.

Yes, I drove to the sticks to play pinball. I admit it. I left the wonderful confines of the King of Prussia to see the pastoral beauty of Earlington and/​or Souderton PA. The reason I was out here was to try to get into the Pinball Parlour (see:
), which is just one block over from the Earl-​Bowl. Alas, the Pinball Parlour was OPEN but CLOSED to the public for a private event.

All of them are in very good to excellent exterior condition. However, the Ripley’s has problems finding the ball when you sink it in any of the holes and kills any momentum you build in the game. You end up waiting alot. Same deal with the Simpsons.
My wife and I had a lot of fun playing the brand new SPIDERMAN at Earl-​Bowl. Yeah, I dragged her around to be my playmate on Sunday and she managed to beat me in every game.
In addition to having a great arcade /​game room, Earl-​Bowl has over 50 lanes of bowling! When we got there at 4:30PM it was pretty empty only 4 cars in the lot and only 4 lanes being used. When we left just before 7PM, this place was packed!
Over the weekend, we managed to see 4 different bowling alleys in the Philadelphia area in our hunt for pinball machines: Lucky Strike, North Bowl, Galaxy Games, and Earl-​Bowl.
Earl-​Bowl is what I would call a «traditional» bowling alley. It’s not fancy or trendy like Lucky Strike or North Bowl (see:
