I’ve been practicing at YOB since 2009, upon moving to the area. The studio has become my sanctuary, my home away from home. The teachers are incredibly educated, and continue to learn so they can guide their students as best as they can. Yvonne, the owner of the studio, as well as a great teacher, has created a place for the community to gather and grow. She has even gone beyond by hosting a teacher training, Eagle Yoga Fest each autumn, and Yoga in the Park each summer. Whether you live in the area or are visiting, YOB has the potential to become your home away from home as well :)

My favorite yoga studio in the valley– it has big red barn doors that give it a nice country feel. I’ve practiced yoga in NJ, NYC, NC, and I have never felt so comfortable and never learned as much about yoga as I did at this studio. The teachers are great, the community is awesome, and location is perfect.

Great place for yoga. The instructors are all amazing. It has a great community feel, everyone is so nice and it doesn’t feel like they are just cramming people in. The only thing I wish they would fix is to get the spaghetti flooring instead of hard woods. But that is minor. Thanks for helping me get healthy again, mentally and physically
