I have been shopping around for a hot tub for about 6 months and feel like I get told whatever I want to hear, not the truth. Not so at Pristine, I think the salesman’s name was JD or JT, anyway, I finally felt like I was getting good answers. He was honest about the ups and downs about hot tub ownership and was great to give me the pro’s and Con’s of each model. Non of it was new information due to my research but I would much rather buy from someone how is willing to be honest with me not lie just to make the sale. I would never hesitate to send any of my friends there.
