I came in looking forward to seeing slutty waitresses someone else mentioned below but couldn’t find any!!! That part disappointed me. I had the Chef choice 12 piece sushi and wife had the Bento box. All was good. No complaints.

For the Price and area Nozawa is decent but for sushi in general, it’s just ok. The environment is definitely nicer than the Avon location. It’s pretty popular among locals and one can expect up to a 30 min wait during the dinner service. I’ve also ordered the Thai coconut soup and it’s a little uneventful; I think they make it without lemon grass which is tragic. Also, the mojitos are terrible-both the strawberry lime and the watermelon-they tasted like nothing but alcohol and soda water with some fresh strawberries; they were very non-flavorful. On the positive side, Nozawa has 50% off rolls during the off season if you dine in which makes it well worth going.

Second time going to this location and I’m impressed again. Seemed to be a bit under staffed for lunch but our server was on point. Ordered a bento lunch plate(generous portions for $ 9) and a couple sushi rolls all of which were great. The pad thai was perfect. At the off season 50% off you couldn’t ask for more.

Great service and sushi! I came here for lunch just in time for the bento special. There is also a dine-in special for 50% off all sushi rolls. Soup comes with the bento box. Lots of seaweed, tofu and green oinion. Best miso ever!

I have always been a huge fan of nozawa; however, this one disappointed me a bit. The service(with the exception of a couple workers) was terrible. They were rude and not up to answering any of our questions about the sushi. The hostess was unfriendly and responded in a rude and annoyed tone when we asked to move because our table was very crammed. The food was ok, but definitely not as great as others I’ve visited.

YUM! I love sushi, but coming from the East Coast, I’m alway hesitant on ordering fish in a land locked state. But this place was just what I was looking for! The prices are reasonable, the taste is spot on and the service was good too. I wouldn’t recommend the house saki, but there are other options that I’m sure taste better than the house. If you’re looking for your sushi fix, I definitely recommend this place!

A big Fan of Nozawas and was ecstatic to see them in Eagle. The remodel of the restaurant is great. Somewhat open floor plan with a great bar set up. They seem to be getting a better grip on the crowds. I would like to see more variety seasonally with the rolls. I love Nozowa and can’t want to see what else this resturant will do to continue their sushi dominance in the Vail Valley.

Keeping it simple: Food is just fine, no complaints at all. If anything it is great. My issue is with slutty waitresses, for love all one cares about, people bring kids here too. I do not need to explain to my children why here boobs are showing or why underwater is sticking out. It is restaurant not Vegas peep show.

The waitress spilled a glass of red wine on my mother, staining her shirt and jacket. After a half hearted apology, the clumsy waitress handed her a rag and some soda water to clean up with. They were kind enough to cover the cost of her salad. The staff was unprofessional and disorganized. I have had many good experiences with Nozawa, but I’ll be sticking to Avon or Vail from here on out!

I am so happy Nozawa opened in Eagle. It is so nice to have a place to get sushi in town rather than driving to their locations in Avon and Vail. The fish is fresh, the presentation creative. The hot food is amazing too, prepared from scratch and made quickly to order. You can tell everyone takes pride in the food at this restaurant. In addition, the restaurant is beautiful, the staff friendly and efficient, and if there is a wait to get seated it is well worth it.

This place is awesome! The new space is beautiful in old town Eagle, well done by everyone involved in its inception. The rolls were awesome just like their other locations and the staff was on top of their game. Try the snow roll with Jalapeño. it’ll make your night!

As steady customers of Nozawa in Avon we were thrilled to find out they were opening in Eagle. Have visited Eagle location for lunch and dinner. Service has been great. Menu has many options: sushi, Thai, Japanese and Chinese. Drink menu is good and reasonable. Nozawa is a fantastic and much needed addition to the Eagle restaurant scene.

Tasty sushi. Nice portions. We found the service perfectly fine. Arrived for lunch. Seated right away. Didn’t have to wait long for our meal. Nice bento box collection for lunch. We also enjoy the white tuna roll which seems to have a hint of lime.
