I have known Jean for nearly 15 years as a skilled member of my Healthcare Team. She has excellent technique and is always learning new procedures, which adds to the pleasure her massage provides. She inquires before beginning each time, re: my current health status/​particular needs for attention/​relief. She checks in during the treatment to make sure that her level of pressure is appropriate. I never have to worry about whether or not she is going to have a «good» day when my appointment happens to be scheduled — she is consistently upbeat, professional and personable.
