When does anyone ever get to practice on how to do an event for 100 people. There is not a guidebook. Sure, there are helpful tips and forums online, but really pull off a qualify event for 100 people not at your house is not something someone does every day, well of course, you’re in the business to do so. We were so fortunate to meet Ashley from Eye Candy Event Design one evening at a local coffee shop. We had corresponded several times via email about our daughter’s upcoming Quinceanera. Side note: Quinceanera is a popular and special fifteen party which has deep roots in the Hispanic culture. Our daughter’s theme was«A Starry Night» from Van Gogh. Ashley and her design team created an inspiration board with many ideas, thoughts, pictures, and of course designs. Instantly, they had a really good sense of what we wanted to do. We were very impressed with Eye Candy’s designs and visions for our daughter’s special moment. Fortunately for us, the event center had worked with Ashley’s team before so they knew each other very well. The Eye Candy team kept us updated with the progress of the team and updated the vision. They were very accommodating to our wonton changes and directions as that can happen with budgets and a 15 year old. The event was quickly in front of us and we were able to add our on personal touches along side the Eye Candy team so that the end result was definitely a Starry Night to remember. The Eye Candy team was even there to clean up the craziness that we left behind. We could not have envisioned a better representation of our daughter’s vision. We thank Ashley and her team for not only bringing Giselle’s vision alive but executing it to perfection.
