We went for a tea party hosted in one of the ballrooms. Property was beautiful, staff was excellent, as was the tea. It was the food we were very disappointed with. Scones and bread on sandwiches were bone dry, muffins tasted stale, and the quiche was ice cold. For $ 34 a person, the three of us were very disappointed at the lack of quality in the spread.

If I could give this place a thousand stars I would. Everything was above and beyond… from the stunning property and beautiful building and décor to the food, service and experience. We loved the live music, it was just perfect. Not too loud, just the right vibe. The chef even came to our table afterwards to meet us and ensure we enjoyed our meal. Of course we had nothing but amazing things to say to him. There was even a wine expert there to help us pick out the perfect wine. My Recommendations: I had the steak which was very very good, but my mom had the salmon and it was out of this world delicious. I was jealous of her meal because of how much more flavorful it was. The steak was very flavorful too, but there is only so much you can do with a steak. I would recommend dining here when you have an entire evening so you can really go and get the full experience. We spent a good 2.5 hours and loved every minute. I can’t wait to go back! Prices are higher than average, but the experience was beyond amazing from service to food, worth every bit… plus I have spent more at Barbacoa and Ruth Chris, which didn’t even compare to Château des Fleurs.

If you haven’t visited Château des Fleurs yet, you are missing out! This is a beautiful restaurant located behind Camille Beckman west of Eagle on Highway 44. The setting is exquisite, the food fresh and expertly prepared, and the service impeccable. We had the good fortune to have a personal tour of the facility, including the banquet room(perfect for a wedding or elegant event), two private dining rooms seating up to 24 guests for a more intimate occasion, the huge back patio(currently under construction) and garden space where fresh produce is grown on site for the restaurant, and the beautifully decorated restaurant. Dinner included a garden salad with a citrus ginger dressing, truffle ravioli(made with truffles grown on the property), duck confit for my husband, rack of lamb for me, and deserts of a caramel glazed cheesecake and chocolate mousse. The main courses were served with beautifully prepared sauces and fresh produce including Brussel sprouts, carrots, and roasted potatoes. The entire facility is housed in a French styled building with beautiful furnishings and obviously a labor of love for the owners and staff. We felt like we had been transported away for an evening of enchantment! We will be visiting again and bringing friends with to enjoy this treasure!

We decided to treat ourselves to the Valentine’s special last night. We arrived at 8:15pm and there were 2 huge ballrooms plus the grand hallway all full of tables with flowers on top. One room was pink and the other had a blue hue. A pianist played classical music flawlessly for romantic vibe. While everything was exceptionally beautiful, we didn’t feel we got the best representation of their food. It was a set menu and we felt that it was made en masse and therefore was not cooked to order. Food: The app had lox, coconut shrimp(delish) and small scallops that were dried out and overcooked. Entrée was steak and lobster tail. The lobster was also dried out and the steak was cooked medium. We prefer rare, but were not asked by the waiter. Wine list was nice and varied. He mentioned they were getting a full liquor license soon. Dessert was a strawberry mousse cake and was very good. We look forward to returning but to the restaurant this time as there were just too many people at one time to expect cook to order quality!

A group of six of us had a delicious holiday dinner here last week. The service was excellent and the food was delicious! Three of us had the evening’s fish special while another had the prime rib — everyone was so pleased with their meal! The venue is amazing and every detail was wonderful! Highly recommend!

«OMG…That’s Incredible» was said at least ten times during the course of our meal Saturday evening at Château des Fleurs’s French farm-to-table restaurant Le Coq d’Or(translated Golden Rooster). Led by renowned executive Chef, Franck Bacquet. Every dish was meticulous in presentation, perfect serving temperature, and every bite was bursting with new flavors that sent your palette into a food lovers paradise. The staff went above & beyond in hospitality, made our experience relaxing as if we were dining in our own home, and Chef Franck even made his way to glad hand some customers, including the newly elected Mayor of Eagle at the table next to us. Featured here we enjoyed Truffle Mushroom Ravioli with Sage Butter Balsamic Reduction $ 16, Escargot(best I’ve ever had ANYWHERE) $ 16, White Truffle Crème Soup $ 10, Cognac Duck Breat pan seared with a Truffle Honey sauce $ 34.50. We also enjoyed the Lobster Thermidor $ 44.50 however it looked so good when it arrived that we didn’t wait for pictures, however let me tell you… Wow! –Scott
