Nice find in Eagle. Friendly service, great beer selection, a little light in menu diversity. The barman did a good job of explains the different beer offerings and was generous with providing samples. Well worth a visit if you are in the area.

Great service and atmosphere, and even better beer. Wish we had something like this in San Francisco. Will definitely be coming back on my next trip to Colorado

Service is terrible! The place was not busy at all and the server seemed indifferent. It took a long time to get menus, even longer for our drinks. And need I say it took over 45 minutes to get our food! Th reason I’m giving this place 1 star is because the food was good. The honey garlic pizza was superb. Unfortunately the service was so bad we won’t be going back :(

This place was forgettable. We ordered the moonshine mule. The ginger beer was flat and we couldn’t taste it. Copper mugs weren’t really cold. So we returned the mules. We ordered pumpkin ale instead. The ale was cold and smelled of pumpkin. The pumpkin notes were faint and could only be tasted after a long while. The hummus plate was bland. Needs seasoning. Didn’t have flavor and the sesame flatbread was just as bland. We tried the veggie pizza, and it too was bland. Completely forgettable drinks and food. For a while there was only one server who also served as bartender for the whole joint. Service did slow down, but management did eventually step in to help. Service was friendly but food didn’t match service or locale.

Come for the beer, but expect little beyond that. Weak food menu and sketchy service. Bartender didn’t have a smile for anyone and the other wiped wet hands on pants before serving food. Great selection of micros on tap — stick to the brew and forget the rest.

Wide variety of drinks available. Pretty good food menu, which as been expanded recently. They support everything outdoors in Eagle. Great place to sit and relax after a day of skiing, mtbing, hiking, fishing, or moto’ing.

Since their opening they have revamped the menu and made it way more inviting. Their Pizza’s are amazing with house made marinara and hot sauce to put on top. They use good quality cheese that defiantly adds to the flavor. My son(10) loves the game day hot wings and my other sons love to come here just for the Mac & Cheese. The beer is amazing and goes well with Sunday Football! Great Job guys!

I really wanted to like this place, but I really don’t. We had a group of 4, including 3 beer lovers, and we were hungry after a drive in from mountain biking in Fruita, so we were ready to eat and drink and be happy about it. At a beer and pizza joint, the best thing by far was a harvest salad. That’s not encouraging. The beers were mediocre across the board, none were particularly well-made or well-designed. The pizza was bland. The brat plate was unweildy. And the pretzels were burned. It’s hard to take a place seriously if they’re willing to serve burned food to their customers. To top it off, the space was loud and boomy, and the service slow and indifferent. We won’t be back.

Great service and a relaxed atmosphere. The beers are good, the Paul Imperial ipa was my favorite. I’ll be stopping by here every time I’m in town.

Im writing an honest assessment of this place in the hopes that management reads and acknowledges. I think this place has great potential. The Management was sincere and the waitstaff seemed to be on point. Two of the three pizzas we ordered were burnt(black) on the bottom and the inside looked like a college dinning hall. It lacks any sense of personality. I know they are new(at least I think they are) but they really need to warm up the place in my opinion(not necessarily warm as in a mothers love but warm as in I have personality).

Meh, honestly it’s confusing, are you a bar? A brewery? A resultant? 3 people working/serving yet no one waited on us at the bar. After we got some service, we order a flight(no one would take a food order at 6:30 pm?). We were less than Impressed by the beers, except for the pale ale which was great. Probably won’t be back.

Great addition to Eagle and wish the owner good luck. Nice facility and décor. We hope to return when we’re back in Eagle. Great beers, surprisingly a great steak sandwich, went here both afternoons when we were in town, and took in their happy hour.

So glad we discovered this place recently! We stopped in at Wine and Wort’s new taproom in Gypsum and asked if there were any places to eat that we hadn’t been to. Someone mentioned 7 Hermits and said their beer and food was good, but called it «an upscale sports bar.» We were on the fence about going since we like more casual places rather than places plastered with TV’s, but decided to give it a try anyways. Much to our surprise– it wasn’t a «sports bar» atmosphere at all! More of a newer/industrial feel inside. Beer is great– and they had several IPA’s on tap. Food was great– we got a salad with roasted vegetables and the lamb flatbread. Since I’m trying to stop eating meat, I asked if we could have lamb on only half. The chef came out and asked if it would be okay to just comp me a whole hummus/veggie platter so he didn’t have to split up the flatbread. That was fine by me and it was delicious creamy hummus and an assortment of veggies/bread. Growlers are only $ 10 so we took home one filled with the Grapefruit IPA. Will be back!

Great beer. Awesome bar atmosphere. Probably the best bar in Eagle. Full bar, wine, competitors brews, and food.
