Ok, so this was the second time I stepped foot in this shit hole, and definitely the last! My buddies and I were looking for a cold beer and all we got was a place that smelled of puke and loud shitty music. Yes the beer was cold but we could hardly stand the stench!!! Literally three sips of beer and we left! I don’t know who owns this place but clearly he/she never steps foot in this place, otherwise they’d fix it(at the very least CLEAN it up). Never again!

This place SUCKS! Do not waste your time. Food sucks. Service sucks. Atmosphere sucks. It sucks so much it beats a Dyson vacuum at sucking.

Awesome bartender, Manuel was very attentive and friendly… not sure why the patio bar wasn’t open on a beautiful day. Good food as well

Ordered a well vodka/Red Bull & got Grey Goose. Got charged that premium price too. The staff here don’t seem to care about what you’re ordering, they just want that money. I understand that Saturday night is busy, especially when you try to promote a «club» like ambiance, but I’ve been to busier places where the staff still listen to you & are personable. I don’t go to EP that often & I know there’s not a whole lot to offer in terms of nightlife, but this place needs to step up their game.

I have tried The Draft twice in the last two weeks. WORST part about this place is the food. You would think the chips and salsa would be good as this is on the Mexican Border, they are not. For there burgers the most SALT ever is cooked into these burgers and a ridiculous amount of pepper. Menu is EXTREMELY limited, either you can order wings, a choice of a maybe 3 burgers, and about two other items. For the beer selection, about five beers usually on draft, the zigen bock which is a local Texan Brew actually isn’t bad. Not any craft beers at this bar. The other huge NEGATIVE of this place is it is ALWAYS empty. Not sure if this is because the food is awful or the fact that most people stay home on game days and barbeque I was told in Texas which I can believe. When I say no one is in this place I mean NOWOMEN. Not the normal feel of a bar that I am used to where you go out to meet and hopefully hook up with some single people. The reason I gave this two starts is the fact they have decent amount of televisions, one large screen at the front. There is also a very small outside dining bar which is a nice touch. This is one of only two bars in Eagle Pass that are considered safe by the way. That being said if you live in EP and want to go to a bar to have a drink its either The Draft, Chilis, Cooters Pub(dive bar) next to the border.(In hindsight looks like I will join the club and start barbecuing at home while I am in Eagle Pass.

The bar is packed on weekends. The drinks can be good or bad depending on which bartender attends you. There is an inside bar with pool tables and large sitting area. Also an outside bar where smoking is allowed but the space is narrow and not as big as the inside. The sport bar plays good music but sometimes it can be too loud but it is okay for me. I believe it is the most up tempo and popular bar in eagle pass Texas

Here is my update a year later: The update is that there is no update, suckas!!! Ok, well, I got helped pretty quickly this time. But it’s because I was one 10 people-5 at the bar already with beers, the others at a table-and I was the new face. Not sure how long this place is going to last. Then again, this IS Eagle Pass. The Force is strong with this one.

The place is pretty much empty. Service was so-so at first, but after you get to know the bartenders a bit more, it gets better. Anywhere else and it would be a one or two stars, but for that town it is middle of the road.

Nobody Unilocal in Eagle Pass! How was I supposed to decide on who to believe? Chiqui B or Ruben C? Welp… looks like this place started out great and quickly went down to the dark side… Place was dead for 6:00PM… isn’t this supposed to be happy hour? It seems like it has a promise… cool name, great looking bar with patio seating, and although kinda empty, the clientele seemed younger and fun. But what we got was crappy food, watered down soda, pale and soggy wings, menu items that ran out, and an incompetent wait staff. The name of the place is called«Draft» you would think they would have a great beer selection! Sadly it was Bud light, Coors light, Dos Equis, and Corona… #fail The fish tacos were good though… The gentleman that seemed like he might be the owner, really tried his best, but it wasn’t enough. If you plan on doing anything else here besides drink, i wouldn’t recommend it. As i write this, I’m watching Restaurant Impossible on the Food Network… this would be a perfect candidate for that show! I really hope they turn it around, because it really does have potential to be a great place to hang out… until then, i guess I’ll just go to Chili’s down the street.

The chillest new sports bar in the EP. Big ups for having St. Arnold’s on tap this far south of the red river.(Sarcastic tone)
