So I went to Relaxations on a whim yesterday and I’m kinda disappointed…
As far as customer service they are phenomenal, but definitely wayyyyyyyyyy too over priced for what I got done.
I basically got highlights and a hair cut and got charged $ 153!
That’s freakin’ highway robbery! I probably should have asked up front for a quote, but not even at a major, fancy salon in San Antonio would I pay that much for what was done.
Job was done well, but do I think $ 153 well?

I highly recommend this spa! They always provide great service. The staff is very friendly. I especially recommend Sonia. I went in for hair cut and to get some pink streaks in my hair, and even though they were closing in less than an hour she took me in and stayed with me after closing time getting my hair done. My hair is dark so it took a while to get the pink to stick. Even though I offer to come back another day to get the hair cut, she declined and took the time to cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted! I’m so happy with the results and the customer service!
