If it was possible, I would give this establishment no stars at all. I am from San Antonio, and came here with my family on a Saturday night. All the lanes were taken, so we bought food while we waited and sat down at the tables(keep in mind these tables do not say reserved and are first come first serve) till our lane was ready. A group of teenagers tried to move us because they were going to bowl. We let them know we were eating and waiting for our lane as well. The«manager» came and rudely told us to move, because paying customers were going to bowl. Last time I checked, buying food at your establishment and waiting to bowl is also considered a paying customer. I requested to be reimbursed for my food. Long story short, this so called manager teenager told me he didn’t give a shit – to reimburse us and get us the hell out of there as well as threaten me with assault yet he waived his hand in my face to move me. This establishment caters to Mexican nationals, Eagle Pass is part of the United States – catering to Mexican national is ridiculous especially when I am a paying US citizen. There is nothing but teenagers running this so called bowling alley with no class and NOCUSTOMERSERVICE. Trust me, I will contact corporate and BBB. Stay in school!
