The Dental Center of Eagan

I came here originally with a groupon after being absent from the dentist for a bit.
They did a good job with the cleaning, etc. Although I was a little bit hesitant after they told me I had quite a few cavities (3) and I’ve never had one in my life!
I decided to get a second opinion and went back to the dentist that I have been going to since I was little. Sure enough, they found cavities as well — but only one. Had it filled through them and got sticker shock at the price even w/​the insurance (I asked ahead of time what it would cost and they said not much and didn’t give me any ideas.)
The Dental Center gives you pricing for your treatment up front so you know what it will cost and don’t have to guess, with or without insurance.
I ended up going back to the dental center and did my next cleaning and told them about the apprehensions of the cavities having never had any before. They showed them to me through a camera so that I was in fact convinced that I had them.
Just had them filled yesterday and they did a really good job — the fillings are really smooth and my jaw was only sore last night after the novocaine wore off. At the other dentist where I got my original filling — it was really rough and it seemed like it made it worse as far as food getting caught — now that I have a comparison on it — I dislike them even more!
