I visited this store to have my bike trip computer fixed.
They were more than gracious and helpful. The trip computer was about 45 days old, purchased in Omaha, NE at a different dealer, along with my new bike.
When I brought my bike in to Penn, one of the techs promptly asked if he might be of assistance. I related the issues with the trip computer including the fact that I purchased it in another state. He gladly jumped on the fix. He ended up replacing the RF fork mounted sending unit… At no charge, without hesitation.
Penn Cycle provided outstanding service, there is nothing they could have done better. I did not meet the service manager. The fella I dealt with was very cordial.
