Horrible customer service. My husband and I contracted them for our kitchen counter top materials in 2012. Ted guaranteed us that the counter top we wanted would be ready within 2 months– a few weeks before the delivery date Ted was hard to reach. He postponed the delivery date and blamed the manufacturer. I ended up reaching out to the manufacturer who advised us that Ted knew the material we wanted was back ordered a month ago– had he told us this when he found out we would have changed the quartz at that time. We ended up changing it to what the manufacturer had in stock. Mind you all of this delayed our general contractor as he was waiting for this material to finish the kitchen remodel– the counter top had to be installed before the back splash could be. We had to constantly follow up with Ted, like he was doing us a favor
