After having a horrible experience with another ophthalmology clinic, I did a lot of research to find the best clinic, according to user feedback, in the Lansing area. Visioncare and its doctors/​staff all came up with top ratings, so I went with them. I’m so glad I did! I finally have a pair of beautiful glasses that fit me perfectly AND BEST OF ALL THEY WORK!
All of the staff, from the doctor to the receptionist, were wonderful, taking time to answer questions, explain procedures, and help me get the best pair of glasses I could. The cost was very reasonable compared to my prior experience with the other place, and my glasses were ready in less than a week. Amazing! And they were perfect from the minute I put them on.
These folks are very savvy, with the latest technology. One cool thing is their laser retinal exam machine, which doesn’t require any eye dilation at all. It was worth the extra $ 40 for this exam so I wouldn’t have to spend the rest of the afternoon squinting in the sun. I’m totally happy with Visioncare!

By far and away the best eyecare provider in Mid-​Michigan. The doctors are top notch, the practice features the latest technology, and the eyewear selection is outstanding.

There is a significant drop-​off on their phone service, as compared to their in-​office service.
The in-​office experience is top-​notch. The phone experience is less stellar.
