Make sure to ask for Randall. He is very outgoing, very fast, and meticulous. He will explain anything you ask about your job. He recently replaced my very large 75 gallon direct vent water heater. Wonderful job! They answered the phone at 6:30 am and I got a call from Randall within 5 minutes. He came around 9:30 and finished with everything by 1:30. It was a big job with new copper plumbing, new expansion tank, and old unit, very heavy, was carefully taken up 17 steps with very little mess. His copper joints were perfect, no leaks.
