I have been going to Luxary Nails for years. Julie has always been my nail tech. She does a great job! Very personable… we are always talking about our families. She is also very accommodating.

In the pedicure chair right now with Julie! She is my go to for pedis and nails.
I can’t imagine how much more a person would want but then again some people are just negative !
She is nice… and does it all ! Scrubbing… exfoliating…massaging!
I find the tools are in plastic and they bleach the bowls after use.
The shop is very clean !!!

First of all Luxury Nails is not clean or sanitary. If you look around you can see build up everywhere, I thought this was normal of nail salons untill I started going elsewhere. The place is ran very unprofessionally & they are not at all conciensious of anyones time when it comes to an appointment, I had to wait 30 minutes before the nail tech Julie got to me. No apology was given. I had 3 nails where she hit my cuticles & they bled, she is very rough as well. Once again, no apology. She was very cocky as well when I mentioned the discomfort I was in. It was a horrible expierience which noone should have to endure when it comes to pampering oneself. The owners need to take note, clean up this place, & learn how to run a reputable & professional establishment!

This place is awful they do not care how long you wait and it is dirty. Tech made my cuticle bleed and never apologized. Never again bunch of snotty people work there.

I had a manicure (tips) and pedicure. The girl that did my pedicure kept looking around and seemed really distracted. I usually get a decent scrub/​massage at these places but she just gave me an «okay» one. I was not that impressed. My nails look nice but my heels were still rough. This was my first time here and I didn’t realize that the chairs massaged. I saw other people with them and didn’t realize the side of my chair could come down so I could access the controls. It would have been nice for the girl to tell me that!
The manicure was nice and looked great when completed. About an hour or so later my nails hurt so freaking bad. My friend that came with said that they sand down your nails too much and make them thin.
Great. I didn’t realize that. Evidently it will hurt when they come off.
The place was really clean and the people were very friendly so I would go back. Maybe get a different person to do the pedi! I will update when I go back!

My friend and I visited today and had the full service mani-​pedi. Good service and quality work for both of us!
All the staff were friendly and polite. They of course have the no-​chip polish they do a great job with lots of color options.
I would certainly go back.

I was there today and the owner is rude as hell. I ask her to do my nails one way she said she does them her way. If I’m paying it should be done my way. Then there was no tint pink clear for American Mani. Her name is chi chi. Then told me if I didn’t like it tell her bec she didn’t want to have to do it over.

its funny how some people here leave bad reviews, and have no friends or have anything good to say i have been treated with respect and great service!

Horrible just horrible DO NOT Go here. went twice both times a disappointment, rude unorganized nasty just ugh worst I can walk here from home and I rather drive way to Chicago then go here they was also very rude to my boyfriend the nail tech was so so sooooo rude just unbelievable don’t waste your time or money on this place.

This place would be nice if the manager who is running it was not so rude disrespectful no professionalism at all. She has a very controlling spirit. Not pleasant at all. HORRIBLE energy in this place.

I’ve been coming here for several years now. I never experienced a problem. All the employees seemed to be friendly. The spa is clean and up to date. I mainly get pedicures there, but the few times that I did get a manicure, I was just as pleased. I plan on continuing to go there in the future.

This was the best pedi I have ever experienced. Period. Went there with my sisters-​in-​law before a big event. I have really sensitive feet and don’t care much for the clipping, filing, and removal of rough spots… This guy was so gentle! It literally felt like he was kissing them when he was clipping the cuticles!
It was also only 25 bucks. They use all the good stuff – OPI, Essie. It’s a nice, clean shop. The massaging chair was a good one too. I’ll definitely come back.
