Had a really scary homophobic experience with this property management company that I’ve been reluctant to talk about because it is embarrassing. VERY nasty and threatening on the phone. If you are white and straight, you will have no issues, but if you are not or have dear friends who are not, please consider renting elsewhere because if you have the chance to not give bigots money you should take it, especially in the South.

I love living at Poplar West with Trinity Properties. Overall I have had nothing but good experiences.
First, the management is super friendly and always very responsive to anything I need. The maintenence men who have worked in my townhouse are extremely friendly and helpful as well.
I enjoy living in my two bedroom townhouse with hardwood floors. Duke is within walking distance as well as many restaurants. My dog and I love running the al bueler trail which is just two minutes away.
Cons — the townhouse is old so it gets very cold during the winter downstairs and there are some bugs.
