My wife and I have been going to Dr. Jenkin’s office since we moved here four years ago. The main benefit for us is convenience — within walking distance of our home. However, I have to say there have been several other conveniences, too.
I’ve never had a wait before my appointment. The technicians are efficient, friendly, and professional.
Until today, all of my appointments were just routine checkups. Today I had a filling repaired and it was painless. I’m not scared of the dentist, but I can still appreciate a gentle novocaine injection.
The billing issues have all been problem-​free, and we get reminder calls when appointments are coming up.
The office is located among the Highgate professional offices in the parking lot across the street from where they are building the Tobacco Trail bridge extension over I-​40. Dr. Jenkins’ office is in the last unit in the back of the parking lot (past the UNC health center).
