My wife and I waited over 25 minutes for 2 sandwiches. When the food finally did arrive is was substandard at best. With so many other good restaurants in the area. Don’t waste your time or money on this one.

Great sandwiches! The sandwiches are delicious and very reasonably priced. A half sandwich is 9″ and plenty for one person.

Good pizza by the slice! I got there too late for the pizza buffet lunch, but one slice ended up being plenty. Liked the pizza crust a lot, not too thick and cooked well. The sauce was good too.

Don’t let the strip mall location fool you. THEBEST pizza I’ve had in a long time(so far, I haven’t tried all the slices). I would even pick this pizza over the downtown fancy pizza place. The menu looks good offering sandwiches and apps I have yet to try. I recommend the Royale if you like chunky delicious toppings. The grandma slice was good but not my style.

Delicious pizza up with a really good sauce. I like the thin crust and the sliced meat balls on top were super. We will definitely go back there again.

Truthfully, I give this restaurant 3.8 stars. It was delicious, but simply because it is located in Durham(high quality restaurants) I had to rank it a little low. Either way, I’ll be back.

Pricey compared to what I’m used to paying for pizza, but it’s the best I’ve had in North Carolina. It’s close to my hotel, and they make the pies pretty quickly. I’m definitely a pizza lover, and this place is in my top 10 percent. I’ve only ever had pizza here though, nothing else, and always carry out.

I had my first and last meal at Rudino’s Pizza and Grinders North Pointe this week. I ordered a large Philly cheese steak sandwich, which I assumed would be a good choice, given that they specialize in sub sandwiches(or «grinders»). The«steak» that Rudino’s uses on this sandwich is processed beef trimming product, and bears no relation to actual beef steak whatsover. The mushrooms and green peppers were placed on the sandwich raw instead of grilled along with the«beef.» The sandwich was generally flavorless overall, which was a huge disappointment. The exorbitant price of the sandwich($ 13.99, not including fries or drink) certainly didn’t help. Given the low quality and relatively high prices, I will not be returning to Rudino’s in the future.

$ 22.00 margarita pizza equates to a cheese pizza with a handful of dry basil unevenly throw across it with a very heavy hand. DON’T go for this classic here; it’s executed terribly, and embarrassingly. Dry basil is not so great as a primary herb in any dish; heaps of it is truly repulsive

Awesome calzone! The rest of the food is pretty good, too.

Twice I’ve had coupons rejected at this location(entertainment book and ). These are coupons specific to this location and are surely considered an advertisement or promotion, but they say«our manager will not accept coupons». The first time it happened, we stayed and ate there anyway, but not today! A sign on the door would be fair warning, I’m justified in calling this false advertising.

$ 16.25 for two buffet tickets and, after we paid, they told us they wouldn’t be putting any more pizza on the buffet because they close at 2. It was 1:35 and there were about 7 tables eating in the dining room. The pizza all looked like it had been sitting there for a half hour. Nasty. Sorry I came in when you didn’t want to work. I won’t be making that mistake again.

Rudino’s Pizza & Grinders is a locally owned corporation with multiple location in the Triangle. As the name implies they make pizzas and sandwiches as well as chicken wings, salads & pasta. I have not had the pizza here yet only the grinders. On my most recent visit I ordered the half(9 inch) Boss Hog grinder which is roast pork loin roasted corn, black beans, guacamole, lettuce, tomato, cheddar & mozzarella cheese on homemade fresh oven baked bread with a bag of chips for $ 6.99. If you wish you could go for the pizza buffet. The pizza looks like the pizza at Pizza Inn. The staff is nice and quick to clean a table as soon as the patron leaves. When I lived at the Oaks Apartments, this was one of my favorite locations… The food was always good, the staff was real cool, even had a chance to get to know the owners… Their Sunday brunch doesn’t have the biggest selection, but it is still a good deal at a good price… might have to get back there and visit soon…

The food was really good. Wait time was a little long but nothing unbearable and the taste of the food definitely made up for the wait. The staff here are super nice as well. Highly recommend you give it a try.

The restaurant isn’t fancy by any stretch of the imagination, and in my estimate, it does one thing really, really well: making grinders. I order the vegetarian grinder with chicken on it. It’s phenomenal. I live in Baltimore and dream about this delectable treat. Good place for a game day.

During another business trip I only had a small window of time to grab some lunch and Rudino’s was recommended by a few employees. Supposedly good grinders and a plentiful pizza lunch buffet. This chain originally started in Cary, NC but has branched out to 11 locations in the triangle area. A few of the stores have a sports bar on site and also provide a catering service. The menu is your average pizza /sub shop with a sampling of Italian and American sand which choices. Build your own pizza and calzones. I chose the pizza buffet with all you can eat including a drink and dessert. The buffet included several choices of pizza but nothing on the plain side like just cheese or peperoni. Too much vegi and meat lovers type of pizza. For the sweet tooth they have some cinnamon sticks. I do have to say that the hand made crust was tasty but I feel like the overall quality compared to that of the Pizza Hut chain lunch buffets.

Definitely give this place a 5 star rating. The food is always fresh and hot. I agree with Chris that the pizza buffet is just okay. The other thing I really like about this Rudino’s it that the Inspection rating is almost always 100%. I personally like the honey mustard chicken, buffalo chicken or the steak grinders. The 9 inch is more than enough could even be spilt with someone else. Staff is also always friendly.

Italian Grinder = Good. I have been a fan of Rudino’s for the past decade, and this location does not disappoint. If you are coming for a sub(i.e. Grinder), you get two choices– a big 9 inch sub, or an even bigger 18 double. My choice? The Italian Grinder. A big, healthy sandwich, with the right amount of toppings toasted to near-perfection. The Italian is served with the standard meats, although the pizza-style sausage bites seem to be a unique twist on the sub. The biggest ingredient that sets this Italian sandwich apart? I think it is the mayo– warmed up on the toasted sandwich, it blends perfectly with the meats, melted cheese and toppings. In the past, their pizza buffet has been passable– not good, not great, but fine. As for the rest of menu, I can’t really say. I go here for the Italian, and it keeps me coming back. The atmosphere is middling at best; two tvs on opposite walls typically seem to have sports on whenever I stop by. Of course, I don’t come for the white linens, and a grinder with the game on is guy heaven. In my experience, folks can run either hot or cold on Rudinos– I, like my friends, are big fans. Our wives? Not so much. At the end of the day, I will go out of my way to get a Grinder from here– they are always a tasty reprieve from the subs you might get at the big chains.
