I unfortunately have a puppy who happened to have explosive diarrhea all over my carpet one night. It just couldn’t be helped and there was nothing I could do but watch in horror as it all played out. Knowing my «Little Green» spot vac was not going to be able to tackle this challenge, I started looking up Carpet Cleaners in the Durham area.
Thank god for Jason. Not only is he super personable to make you feel comfortable, but he and his team are super professional, easy to schedule with, and most importantly, made my carpet look brand new at a price that didn’t break my budget. I can’t say enough about Professional Carpet Care — please look no further if you’re looking for experienced professionals. Jason and his team are exactly what you’re looking for.

Amazing service! They were out the next day and worked for hours making sure my carpet was clean. After they were finished they said a few stains may come back up and if they did they would come back out at no charge and take care of them. Sure enough a couple came back and they were out the next day to clean them up!!!

I’m a local property manager and I have been using Professional Carpet Care for many years now. Jason and Steve are great people to work with and I can always count on them to do a fantastic job. They are reasonably priced, show up when they are supposed to and have always worked to accommodate an «emergency» cleaning for me. I can’t recommend them enough!
