You really should find another place. I was there today and went to pay for my pedicure, the total was $ 27 I had $ 10 left on a gift certificate I got at Christmas, the guy ran my card for $ 17 and then the owner started yelling about let me see that gift certificate. He handed it to her and it had expired last week so she told him to run my card for another $ 10. I explained to her that it is illegal in NC to put a 3 month expiration date on a gift certificate that has been paid for and she said that she didn’t care what the law was she would do what she wanted to.
I told her that if she would give me the gift certificate back I would pay the $ 10 but I wanted the gift certificate because I was going to file a complaint with the attorney general. She refused to give it to me and kept insisting I give her my card so they could run my card for another $ 10. I finally called the police (at this point for the principle of it).
The police arrived and I explained my side of things and he told her that she had to give me the gift certificate back and she completely ignored him for several minutes until she looked up and said that I was lying. She then lied to the policeman and said that I never offered to pay the $ 10. He told he that it didn’t matter that if she was not going to honor the gift certificate back and I wanted it she had to give it to me.
I’ll be contacting the NC Attorney General’s office first thing tomorrow.
EDIT: Only business I have ever written a review for online and received harassing emails and messages from individuals saying that I need to stop running my mouth about their business.

Okay. I went here because it was convenient as to where I needed to be at the time. I got there at 5:50. I know they close at 7, but I thought it would be plenty of time. I walk in and the lady tells me to get a color. No problem. When I sit down, she tells me one of my acrylic nails popped off because they were old. That’s okay too. She then proceeded to tell me I had nail fungus when she was taking off my acrylics, and then cut my nail so far down it started bleeding. She did not apologize or even flinch. It was not comfortable and she seemed annoyed. The lady doing my nails was also rude to a walk in customer who was taking too long to pick out her nail color. Really? The quality of the work was great, but I will not return due to poor customer service.

Got a mani and pedi for my wedding… Absolutely incredible customer service, very relaxing and clean environment.
I also got my eyebrows done. I can say, hands down, the BEST wax job I’ve ever gotten! The only time anyone has ever gotten the shape exactly the way i like it!

Pretty great!!! I came without and appointment on a Wednesday afternoon and was taken in right away. They have lots if colors for gel manicure and plenty opi too! The place was clean and their massage chairs even massages your behind! Interesting right?! The price for a pedicure and gel manicure is about 50. The staff is very decent and very friendly! I like it I’ll definitely come back again!

Good salon very clean the only problem is sometimes they are understaff but the wait normally isn’t too long

Met the ladies at Panaches on the same day I met Tim, my new barber. What are the chances of two great finds in one day?
Lindsey — I hope that’s the correct spelling — is the champion of liquid gel overlays. I’ll be a customer for as long, long time.
This shop looks great and is really, really, really clean. In fact you must wash your hands prior to service. There is a great selection of services and what seems like a never ending rainbow of polish colors.
Can’t wait to go back and sit in one of their many state of the art spa pedicure chairs — maybe this weekend?
