Open Wide Family Dentistry

I can not say enough good things about Dr. Davis. Her gentle hands and warm personality won me over on my first visit over 4 years ago. Until recently I have recommended Dr. Davis to numerous friends and colleagues at work.
I say until recently because when I last visited the office earlier 2014 I noticed something different. In addition to virtually all new faces in the office the mood has also changed. My hygienist was no longer in/​with the office. I didn’t have as much of a comfortable feeling with the newly provided hygienist.
The office staff wasn’t as friendly nor as fine tuned as it had been in the past. I’m not sure if the office has problems with their phone lines or just the users answering calls. Today I had to call back twice… the first time I heard a hello and then nothing. I could still hear the male who answered the phone however I believe he was having a conversation with someone else in the office and not me on the phone. I had to call back to get his attention. Today’s experience left little confidence in me around Open Wide Family Dentistry.
Dr. Davis would get 5 stars from me; however the office brings it down to two stars.
