Not one to do reviews. But this place is not good.4 mo and they still havé It wrong. Average wait Time. 2 Hours.

I have no idea what happened — this office moved and their service was fine at the prior location. Customer service is horrible — mixed up contacts prescription, didn’t acknowledge error, unresponsive with requests for a copy of prescription. There are enough other options for optical services; their level of service is unacceptable.

They gave me a free pair of contacts when I was visiting from out of town and had my left contact rip.

I was hesitant about going back to Eye Care Associates, because I seemed to have remembered going to them a few years back and feeling like they were over priced. And in fact, I must have because they still had me in their system, all-​be-​it with very old information.
None-​the-​less, my recent eye doctor stopped taking my insurance so I was in the market for a new one, and since my wife goes here, I figured I would give it a go. Long story short, there were costs that were not explained up front, and i do not recall ever paying that much at my previous eye dr and quickly recall why i stopped going to their chain.
Three stars however, because the staff was very friendly and the doctors are very knowledgeable and helpful. They lose two stars as I don’t feel they are priced fairly at market rates.
