I have been coming here for about a year and have been really happy with my manicures and pedicures. I feel like I’ve had great service from most of the different techs there with Louis being my regular guy. I give them four stars because I sent a friend here and she got the one person that I’ve had and been really disappointed with. She cut her cuticles on both pinkies and I ended up giving my friend a gift certificate to come back and have her nails done with Louis because I felt so badly. My recommendation is if you are unhappy with your service, let them know. When I had a bad experience with a pedicure they went above and beyond to fix it for me. I understand it sucks to be unhappy, but they can’t fix it(or deal with the person who did a bad job) if you don’t tell them. Also…if you’re unhappy with the wait time make an appointment. You’re waiting because there are obviously a lot of really happy repeat customers. If I come in without an appointment, I expect to wait… it’s a given.

This was my first time visiting this establishment. Overall, I was not impressed. I walked in without an appointment. The wait was about 45 minutes. I suspect it had something to do with the fact that a nail technician was missing. I chose the deluxe pedicure. It was a somewhat jarring experience. Not relaxing at all. More patrons continued to enter the place during my pedicure. The nail tech seemed distracted and anxious. Overall, it was not a $ 40 + tip experience. I’ll most likely learn to do my own nails. Seriously. I was that underwhelmed and disappointed by the experience.

I agree with the reviewers who observed that this establishment has been going downhill. I experienced poor service and disappointing results in my last few visits to the salon. Several other clients echoed similar opinions when we were all waiting for our nails to dry. I hope they manage to turn this around, such a convenient location.

Let me start by saying I used to LOVE this salon. However they have really gone downhill lately. They have become a lot busier recently and I think that’s part of the problem. They now rush through doing all the nail services. There are still a couple who do a good job, which is why I give 2 stars instead of one. Went in yesterday and everyone was busy plus there were an additional 4 people in line so I decided to come back later. Went in tonight and got literally THEWORST fill in I have ever gotten anywhere. They apparently hired a new woman who was just awful. She hit my cuticles about 3 times with the mechanical file. Then put on so many layers of polish that I could not get them dry. On top of that the polish looked worse than I could do at home myself. I removed it as soon as I got home. Partially because of how bad it looked and because since after over 25 minutes the polish was still gooped on so it smeared everywhere. I will be finding a new salon and repainting my own nails tonight.

The first couple of visits were great but rhe more I came the quality and the way they treted me changed. I have came and was a loyal customer for almost a year. Today is my last vist. No more big tips !

I went here a few months ago for a manicure and was very disappointed. the manicurist was rude when i(having never gotten one before) sat in the wrong chair, did a poor job on my nails, and on top of that, i had to wait about 45 minutes for her to be ready. came back about a week ago for a pedicure, and it was wonderful. i loved the foot and leg massage, and my nails looked awesome, and i had made a reservation, so i got in right away. i guess that first time was just an unlucky time, but i wont overlook it completely. downer– most of the people do not speak very clear english, just fyi. manicure was $ 12, pedicure was 24 $.
