I’ve enjoyed shopping at Kohl’s stores in other cities, but this one is a disappointing mess! Racks and shelves are neatly labeled — but what’s actually on the racks is anybody’s guess. Brands, styles, and sizes are jumbled together so that it’s impossible to find anything.
I assume local store management is minimizing staffing to keep costs down, but they need to consider the effect on customers’ experience. No amount of advertising or customer loyalty perks will keep me coming back to a store where shopping is difficult and frustrating.

One of my favorite places for family shopping. I always find what I am looking for. Great thing about this place that they always provide coupons and have great discounts. I have recently purchased great pair of shoes for my husband. Definitely a place for affordable but quality clothing. Though their check out lines can be slow and they don’t always have a staff on the floor to help you if you have a question, otherwise is one of my favorite places to shop at.

I like Kohl’s in general for their sales and Kohl’s Bucks. Their layout is ok with me. I know where items are, and can find what I need pretty quickly.
They need to hire more people to keep the merchandise neat and presentable and most of all hire more damn people for the registers! I shouldn’t have to wait as long as I do to checkout!

The clothes are so unorganized. I felt so overwhelmed trying to look for a dress– clothes are all over the place. There were some fashionable things but overall it was a mess and a lot of tacky stuff.

Standard Kohl’s store. They have a good selection of petite clothes and also carry wide shoes. Good sized store — definitely worth fighting a bit of the holiday 15⁄501 traffic to stop in.
