I had an excellent experience with David the owner. I came in without an appointment, but was able to meet with David without any problems for a consultation to split my platinum ring into two thinner rings. He said it would be no problem, while the original maker of the ring said they wouldn’t do it. David gave me what I felt was a very fair price to do my custom order. After it was done in a week, he bought back the residual platinum scrap from the splitting and took it off of the price. He was a very sincere person to work with. I also like how he gives you his platinum prices based on the current market rates, rather than on some made-​up number.
Later when I wanted my ring resized, they did it for me happily and free of charge. I had a great experience here. I would go back for any other jewelry needs.

Dave custom made my wife’s engagement, wedding and anniversary bands starting from just a concept. Absolutely amazing! The cleaning, etc services afterwards are just an added bonus!
