This Hardee’s cannot keep the coffee hot in the dining room. I always check to see which of the urns is hot, sometimes finding that both have cooled off. The biscuits are good, give ‘em credit. They have a high employee turnover, so depending on your server, sometimes friendly, sometimes not.

There needs to be an option for zero stars. Slow service and rude employees and management when I tried to report an issue.

If you are looking for a quick meal that is cheaper than it’s nearby neighbors(Refectory, Guglhupf, Nanataco, etc), you could do worse than Hardee’s. Many options pack a serious caloric punch, but I came armed with a Restaurant Nutrition app and budgeted appropriately. I went for the little thickburger(good grilled flavor) and onion rings(actual onions, believe it or not). My wife’s turkey burger was fair, and the calorie discount was nice, but ultimately the turkey patty is not a home run.

I don’t know what it is about Hardees, but they really seem to be incredibly slow. This one is not only no exception, it seems to take slowness to a whole new art level. It’s hard to believe they have a drive-thru. It certainly doesn’t make service time any fast; it just keeps you from having to go inside. Inside isn’t much to speak of. The staff is often too busy chit-chatting to tidy up the place. Now, beyond the service and tidiness, I have to say some of their food is light years ahead of their competition. They actually have whole grain buns, decent tasting turkey burgers, and, though I hat to like a chain better than some of the local biscuit places, I think Hardees biscuits are generally much better than all the competitors. My Tip: Slow! No, slower than that. Filthy beverage station. Lethargic employees. Decent biscuits.
