Check-in was smooth and easy. My appointment was at 8:30pm, but I arrived an hour early to have them look at another issue. From the receptionist to the doctor I saw, everyone was very pleasant, friendly, and didn’t make me feel rushed. I didn’t sit in the waiting room more than 10 minutes before they called me back to do xrays. I hadn’t even finished my check in paperwork. Once the doctor came in, he calmly went over my xrays and explained what he saw. Dr. Malley was great.

Duke Orthopedic Surgeon Dr. Mark Easley performed surgery on both my dad & myself. Both of use contracted a serious bone infection(osteomyelitis). The disease is neither genetic nor contagious. Easley was unable to diagnose or treat either of us. My dad died of complications from osteomyelitis. I was severely ill for years before finding doctors 1000 miles away to help me.

I saw a PA here since the orthopaedists specializing in feet/ankles were booked until November. The PA I was originally booked for was out, so another PA picked up the additional patients(including me) seemlessly. I was taken back and xrayed promptly, and seen by the PA surprisingly quickly, considering she was unexpectedly double-booked. She asked questions and listened carefully, looked at the xrays, and made a spot-on diagnosis. She prescribed physical therapy and suggested I stop at the Center for Orthotic and Prosthetic Care, an independent business nearby. Thanks to orthotic adjustments there, I’m already feeling a noticeable difference in my ankle, even before PT! Thank you, thank you!
