My fav gym to work out at!
This is a nice bonus/benefit for Cree employees and spouses. Good variety of equipment from cardio to resistance machines and free weights. Gymnasium is great for bball, vball, and even sports a 100m indoor track.
The staff offers a wide variety of classeswith something that fits every schedule. A makority do fall during lunch hours. From bootcamp to zumba I havent found a class i dont like. The instructors are great at getting everyone involved and adapting to a variety of fitness and skill levels.
If you work at Cree, i highly reccommend checking out the gym!

I’m not sure if this counts for the larger Unilocal community, but Cree Fitness is open to and free for all Cree, Inc. employees and spouses, $ 5 for guests. They have a friendly staff who’s very knowledgeable and run great programs to encourage healthy living.
I’ve been taking classes for a year and a half and love that I’m challenged and encouraged to push myself. The trainers really respect that everyone is at a different level and make accommodations accordingly. The equipment is new and easy to use. It’s a huge space with a full gym, indoor track, sauna, hot tub, etc. Definitely a great way to work off some of the stress of the day!
