Was prompt and friendly. He saved me money wherever possible and explained everything he was doing while he was doing. He even gave me tips for how fix each problem myself in the future.
Also, my initial phone call was great. His wife handles the scheduling. She’s friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. She explains the pricing in details before you schedule an appointment.
This is definitely my exclusive plumber from now on.

Blake Quality gets 5 stars because he was on time, efficient, didn’t try to find extra stuff wrong with my plumbing, and is an all around easy and nice person to work with. I appreciated from the get go, that Steve is not an opportunist as he suggested the lowest cost possibilities to my issues, then quickly diagnosed exactly what the situation was. Highly competent and reliable, will use him again.

Nice mom and pop business. The owner came out to do the work on my house. Steve is clean and respectful of your home. (takes off his shoes and cleans up with a little broom when he makes a mess) I have had them do two jobs for me and definitely will use them again.
