I am usually against big box stores but you cannot beat their return policy. These guys took care of me. I had to return an item that the EPA would not alow returned. They refunded the money regardless. Thanks Home Depot!

Kirsten’s review (below) is right on and I don’t know why it is in the «not recommended» category. One has to wonder what the hiring criteria is. Manager’s don’t last any longer than the greeters. Their most recent pick could probably tell you anything you want to know about eggs or carrots as he has a long career with the grocery store industry, namely Safeway. Wonderful guy unless you have a problem with your granite order. They use Stone Systems out of Albuquerque as their sole vendor and refuse to seek a local source. I haven’t even got the countertops yet and have gone through weeks of agony trying to find anyone between the two companies that is knowledgeable enough to get a simple order completed and delivered.
Home Depot has now cancelled my order and I will seek a Durango company to get my countertops done. Read all of the reviews for Stone Systems in Albuquerque and throughout the country if you are thinking about buying countertops from Home Depot. Methinks not!
