I’m a local. I have made appointments for a pedicure, only to be double booked, by a walk-​ins. I used to go to buy Bare Minerals product line here but, only to find the shades I’m looking for, not in stock, time and time again. I try to buy local, but the management can’t keep items stocked, and to take care of local clients. Im done. I find a shade I need and I buy Bare Minerals online and with a discount! You guys are not worth the trouble! I cant wait for the new spa to open up down the road! — Bye Felicia!

What a gem I stumbled upon. I walked in right when they opened and was lucky enough to walk in for a pedicure. I wish I could remember the gal that provided my service because she was best. Too bad I’m not a local and can’t come back on a regular basis. Their products are delightful too.

My daughter-​in-​law and I were very pleasantly surprised by our great massages today. My massage therapist was Shalynne. She was excellent and I really appreciated the fact that she paid attention to the spots I asked her too, and she put the right amount of pressure on my trouble areas. Megan was the massage therapist for my daughter-​in-​law and she said her massage was amazing. They were both very knowledgeable. The spa was very clean, and well appointed. Would definitely go back there. We are looking forward to it.

I had been a massage client here a few times and really liked the therapists. After the last massage I had I will never go back. I did not request a specific therapist and I got a real gem. I cannot remember her name but she was rude to the point of being mean, didn’t care what I wanted, told me what she was going to, rubbed me angrily for about 45 minutes and that was that. When I tried to tell the front desk that she didn’t seem like all the other therapists and I didn’t have a great experience their only answer was ‘oh really she’s worked here for years.’ At least I only threw my money away once. Moving on.

I just got out of my second 60 minute massage with James and I’m definitely going back again! He’s awesome! He listens well to what he needs to work on and makes sure the pressure is okay for you. I have a knee injury which was much worse last time than this time and he works around it. I definitely suggest scheduling a massage with him! :)

My boyfriend and I were visiting Durango for a long weekend, and that weekend turned out to be Valentine’s Day… which means that it was very difficult to get reservations. However, my boyfriend used Unilocal to find this cute little boutique and spa, and he booked a manicure for me. The place is adorable– in fact, the front half of the place is a little store, so you can’t even tell that there is a spa in the back. Lindsey did my nails, and I found her to be very nice and very good at her job. She also had a calming vibe that is great for anyone… especially in her line of work. Even the girls at the checkout counter were super nice. I will definitely go here again the next time I am in Durango!

I finally found the best Esthetician in Durango, after many mediocre experiences, and will never have to search again! Fast friendly service, monthly specials, perfect atmosphere, and great downtown location!

I have been to the spaaah shop twice, once for a facial and once for a massage. I loved my facial!!! The facialist was Tuesday and she was amazing! She was soooo nice and made me feel very comfortable. I was completely satisfied with my facial, she did a superb job with my skin. It was worth every penny !! My massage was good too but I wished she had spent more time on my shoulders and neck, like I had asked. I am going to get a massage there one more time before I make a final opinion. The shop is modern and and has a lot of fun merchandise to check out.

Great place with great service! Everybody is extremely nice and knows what they’re doing. My favorite is the hot stone massage. You will want 90 mins. Spoil yourself!
As a transplant from NYC, I have to say that this spa is very inviting and not at all intimidating. You feel pampered without any pretense.
One more thing — I am extremely particular about cleanliness and have never been bothered at this spa.
