Wonderful movers! I needed help transporting some kayaks down to Texas and I needed a large truck to move them. I called their office and spoke to Charlie who was able to cut me a deal since they already had a huge load coming to Austin. I was very specific about making sure they put the kayaks on top of everything else so the plastic wouldn’t bend. Not only did they follow my instructions but they also padded the kayaks and they were delivered in perfect shape. They were able to save me a lot of money. I will definitely have them help me again if I need anything big shipped.

The ONLY reason they’re getting 3 stars is because of how awesome my original move went. My second move on the other hand… not so much. The day the movers came to get my stuff… they told me they would be moving me in a day later than scheduled because they were overbooked. I had things scheduled that day and needed my stuff in there for it(such as DIRECTV… it’s kinda hard to set that up without the TV). So I called the owner… and explained that pushing me back a day was unacceptable ESPECIALLY since I had booked it over a month before the move date. He got it sorted out… but I still think it’s awful business that the movers had to tell me instead of him calling me himself. And then when the movers were getting ready to leave town… they told me they would only take cash or a cashiers check(I had the money in the bank so that didn’t matter… but I had to wait until the next day to get to the bank… some warning would have been nice). All in all… if this were the only move I did with them… they would have 1 star.

Hired them to move some items locally. I was told that they don’t take credit cards and I don’t use checks except for my business. We agreed I would mail them a check when I got back home(I live out of state). Four days later I called to inquire when the items would be moved and was told they were waiting on a check. I told the person on the other end of the phone that we had already worked this out and since they didn’t take credit cards(never notified me of this when booking by the way) I would mail the check but I need the items moved four days ago like they agreed. I was told the person that I made the arrangements with«Doesn’t know what he’s talking about» When I told him it puts me in a bind and we need to find a solution they hung up on me. I got no response on multiple call backs and text messages. Horrible customer service, horrible communication that ultimately cost me a few hundred dollars.
