Phil, the owner, was very friendly, courteous, and showed up right on time. Did a great job with the carpet in our bedrooms and offered to do the hallway for us as well, at no charge. Nice guy, nice work. We’ll call them next time we need carpet cleaning — which with three young children and three pets, will be soon!
