Anytime Fitness

Helen, the owner, addressed a billing error within 12 hours of notice, and I am impressed. Anytime Fitness may be a large (ish) corporation, but the clubs are often owned and managed by people from the local area, and they act as small business owners that care about their respective communities. In today’s cutthroat business environment, customer service is oftentimes overlooked, and it can be shocking when a business actually does provide great customer service. Anytime Fitness may be more expensive than its competitors, but I would gladly pay the premium for the excellent customer service. See how long it takes for you to get help with a billing issue at 24 Hour, Gold’s, etc., and you’ll be happy to pay the slightly higher membership fees at Anytime Fitness.

If you live in DuPont this is your only choice in a gym. The new location is brand new. Plenty of parking, facility itself is very clean, staff is friendly and helpful easy to approach. I myself think the size of the gym is way to small. I pay way to much to workout here. I pay 15 dollars more than LA Fitness per month. If you don’t mind driving eight miles go to LA fitness in Lacey, for the big size gym with everything you will ever need.

This place is wonderful. They have every machine, weight, and exercise tool one could wish for. I really appreciate the friendly staff, they always have a smile and friendly greeting for you no matter your state of sweaty/​tired/​sore/​gross — ness. It’s really the little things that can make one place stand out from another, and their friendliness is definitely that for me. Thanks Anytime Dupont!

What a gorgeous new space. This Anytime recently relocated from Wilmington Drive. So of course being brand new it’s very clean and neat still. Everytime I’ve driven by since the grand opening I’ve seen at least 5 – 8 cars, even late at night. I don’t know if that’s because of the new location or the usual beginning of the year resolution-​members.
What I LOVE is that they got 2 new stairmasters. As one of those gym goers who usually have a plan of what I wanted to do that session, it’s very frustrating when there is only one piece of needed equipment & someone hogs it. (Especially at a snails-​pace while scrolling on their phone) So I am VERY pleased at that upgrade.
The separate private bathrooms are a nice touch, as well as a private room for classes/​private workouts is very nice.
My only negative is that the new location is a bit more out of the way than the old location. I have to backtrack to get to the freeway after working out after I get off work. The new location is also more secluded than the old one, which shared a parking lot with other businesses. So while the lot is well lit it’s a bit more secluded than I would like as I am a petite woman who likes to work out later in the evenings. But other than that it’s defiantly a good upgrade.
