Found this company online and ordered a pair of camo dance pants and never received them. Spoke to the «manager» several times she kept saying they were shipped, but she could never provide a tracking number. Needless to say have a paypal dispute open. Buyers beware!!!

Owner Randee is never there, has immature and inexperienced young girls running the store. Messages left on the voice mail or with the clerk for Randee (in the rare event the phone is actually answered, and I’ve been there when the phone is ringing off the hook and the store clerk didn’t answer it) are not returned. On July 3rd I purchased a common dance item (a leotard) that was not in stock, ordered and paid for the item and also shipping charges to have the item sent to me (total $ 40), and now it’s Oct. 8th and I still don’t have the leotard.

I can be a bit particular when making certain purchases.. . its been known to take the better part of a year to pick out a car. A lot of background research went into picking out a cell phone.
So when it came to tap shoes, the story was no different. Shapes was a part of finding the oh so ‘elusive perfect tap shoe.’ I didn’t find The One here, but I did find out about The Shops of Dunwoody, which are a really quite adorable collection of various businesses ranging from leg warmers to Vietnamese food. I must admit, I was quite impressed and rang up serious cool points for Dunwoody, as far as I’m concerned. Somewhat reminiscent of the Vinings shops.
So, back to Shapes. This extremely picky tap shoe shopper didn’t leave fulfilled, but that certainly doesn’t mean that you won’t. The store is quite small in size, but they pack a lot of inventory. They have everything from jazz pants to pointe shoes, so if you need to get your Spandex on, stretch on over to Shapes!
