We ordered online and it said 30 minutes. After waiting for quite some time we called our local dominos and were told 1 and ½ to 2 hours.

Talk about bait and switch… Have been waiting an hour and twenty minutes. A call to the store was a waste of time. A call to the 800 line of no use. Avoid Dominos at all costs. They stink on service and all of this for mediocre food…

It was so fresh and hot that the pizza box was smoking when it was pulled out of the drivers bag! Bravo Domino’s of Dunwoody GA for delivering another fresh and delicious meal to my door!!!

This is by far the WORST dominos/​pizza establishment ever. I call in a delivery order at 2:09 to be exact. In an email they sent me it states the delivery time is 14 – 24 minutes. At 3:30 I call to see what the problem is. The «manager» tells me they are backed up and it will be there in 20 min. I said has it even been made yet? And he says no. First mistake. Don’t lie to me. I call back at 4 and I was told the pizza would be free and someone was minutes away. I got the name of supervisors and bosses to see who is in charge of this terrible place full of dumbass employees… Because my pizzas NEVER ARRIVED AT MY HOME 3 hours later I had to go somewhere with friends who were waiting with me. You guys pride yourselves on fast delivery and customer service. Worst I’ve ever experienced full of uneducated people lying to the customers over what?! Pizza?! Come on now guys!
Now no one in the store will answer my call but don’t worry I’ll be up there to see the real manager. Unbelievable

Great tasting pizza – not too much sauce and the dough is perfect – not too thick or thin (for the hand tossed). Make sure you look online for specials/​coupons. Two things to watch out for: ordering around supper time on weekends is a bad idea. Your pizza will come quicker and thus be hotter and fresher if you try to order before 6 or after 7:30. Second, the side sauces do tend to get lost in transportation. The store does offer credits and coupons if something goes wrong, so be sure to let them know if the pizza comes barely warm or your barbecue sauce never made it.

After we left NY decades ago, there was never a pizza that i liked. Dominoes never cut it. then we tried all the chains here.
and Dominoes kept getting better and better .I think that over the years they have changed the crust and made the sauce.
now in 2014: they are consistently good,
quick and good quality and taste
still not NY, but real good

Curse you, Domino’s!
You are my default lazy-​time comfort food and you seriously let me down this time! Not only did I wait almost two hours from the time I placed my order online, but you arrived lukewarm [at best] and your delivery Dimwit dropped my Cinnastix on the floor. On top of all that, my Pacific Veggie pizza tasted like it had been used as a flotation device to rescue someone drowning in a pool full of pepperoni.
I’m so disappointed, I almost want to get my lazy butt out of this hotel room to go eat something else. Almost.
