Stopped by while in the area. Very quaint place. Cappuccino was great and my daughters hot chocolate was the prettiest I have ever seen. Nice selection of desserts also. I had the cinnamon scone and my daughter had a chocolate mouse.

This is a little café nestled behind Sprouts. There’s ample seating both inside and out. We came in on a Saturday afternoon for lunch and there wasn’t much crowd at all. Don’t let that scare you because the food was all pretty great. I ordered a egg salad sandwich, a latte and chocolate mousse. My husband picked up a frittata sandwich and a macchiato with an apple turnover. The egg salad was simple but well made, the latte perfect(with a little extra topperfino on it) and my chocolate mousse was divine. My husband thought his sandwich was okay and so was the turnover. The flavors in the sandwich worked well together with the Brie and mushrooms but was missing a little bit of oomph some seasoning would have provided. The apple turnover was a little too«applesaucey»(his words) for his tastes but he enjoyed the pastry crust and overall flavor. They messed up the coffee and dessert orders but we let it go, which is the reason for the missing star. The waitstaff was very friendly otherwise. If you’re Looking for a simple fast lunch spot with some of the nicest bakery goods in the area, stop in.

What a nice alternative to Starbucks most importantly because the blend they use was very, very good and quite unique. They had plenty of choices, a huge variety of high quality pastries and a nice selection of hot choices as well. My only suggestion is that they add pictures to the wall menu. It slowed the line tremendously as they have different coffees and many are not familiar choices and the cashier had to spend a lot of time explaining the different ones.

So let me tell you. I know a lot about coffee. Believe me. We’re going to have the best coffee in the world. Terrific coffee. Folks, we have to make coffee great again. We do that by drinking coffee at Crema. And I know great coffee. Sometimes my coffee may have cream, or sugar, or butter, or nothing at all. But the coffee will be great. That I guarantee you. #Crema2016 #MakeCoffeeGreatAgain

did i dine at crema espresso gourmet? or a french café? really couldn’t tell at this PHENOMENAL establishment. as i approached the premises, i was GREETED by the freshest summer floral arrangements on the outdoor patio. the lady at the counter was divine & all the workers were very helpful & quick. the baked good selection was quite eye-catching & honestly a bit overwhelming. i went with the rasberry tarte & it was just equisite. my dog accompanied me on the patio along with the flowers & bird friends & we truly had an impeccable afternoon. i truly lived for this coffee/baked good experience. 10⁄10 would return again.

Absolutely fresh and fabulous. It’s what you would expect in a European city just slightly bigger. I came back from Italy craving a good cappuccino and Yosi was right on top of it. This is the 4th and hopefully last Café in this location. Cheers

Had a tasty rustic berry tart, with some primo cappuccino! Would go again. My wife had a great time popping a squat there while we planned out a grocery trip and caught-up on the prior week.

I had a little extra time before work so I thought I’d stop in and try their coffee and quiche. Based on another review saying it took 20 min to get their drink I was a little hesitant. I figured since it just opened there wouldn’t be many people and I’d be in and out. Fortunately that was the case and I made it on time to work. It’s the small victories. Another review stated their coffee was burnt and bitter tasting(I was thinking that’s why there were so many Starbucks comparisons as that type of coffee is their forte.). However, my taste buds detected nothing of the sort. I got a Mocha to go and it was just right! I like sweet coffee drinks, but it seems they are often syrupy sweet. This was perfectly sweet but not sickeningly so. The quiche was spinach and ricotta. I didn’t notice the ones they had in the display case until I ordered. That’s when I realized the $ 8.50 price tag was definitely worth it. The quiche is pretty big and was very good. I could use more spinach, but that’s just a personal preference. The ambiance is nice. Things look clean, new, and seem to be running efficiently. My only constructive criticism would be for the people behind the counter to be a bit more friendly. Just to be clear, they were not at all rude. I am not one for small talk. I just find that the older I get the more I appreciate good customer service. You don’t have to be fake or overly nice or anything. Just smile a bit, maybe. When things are slow it’s nice to feel a little warmth from personable employees. Overall, a very worthwhile place to stop by.

Man this place was packed. Granted it was mlk holiday, but it took a long time to find somewhere to sit. There isn’t a huge seating area and it was too cold to sit on their nice patio. Latte was good, and the crossaint was okay. Service was not fast, but that probably had to do with all the other people. They call out to-go drinks and bring you your order if you are dining in. That wasn’t clear until I visited the counter twice for a latte!!!

«Let’s skip out on the wiki facts and focus on the food. I’m trying to find out what to order on the Unilocal app before the server gets back.» [Time & Date of visit]: Weekday afternoons [Party Size]: 1 – 2 [Location/Ambiance]: Location — Between the triangle of two busy roads and neighboring a Sprouts Market. Parking spaces can be filled up pretty fast but there’s ample amount of parking behind the sprouts, with a rear entrance to Crema. Inside — Quaint but good usage of space with various sofa’s on either side and various 2 – 4 top tables in the middle. The design is modern but not fast paced. Ambiance — A lot less noisy than Intermezzo, especially if you’re just catching up with a friend or on a date. I don’t think this place is for large groups. This is more of a café made for those who don’t want the normal, busy, rushed type of café. Chillax to the max with a cup of mojo. [Service]: Fast casual kind of setup. Order at the counter and the servers bring out your order to whichever seating spot you choose. Though I saw a sign for dropping off plates and such, our server actually took up the empty plates from our table instead. The cashier was helpful as giving the rundown on the special drinks and how sweet they were. That’s plus for being truthful instead of just pushing a sale. [Food Highlights]: Lasagna — A bit salty for my taste, but good amount of cheese. Portion size was good for sharing for two people to taste. Pesto bowties w/Chicken — The chicken was kind of overcooked, but I did like the amount of basil in the pesto sauce. Not overly overpowering but a good amount for taste. Portion size was pretty big. This could casually feed two people. Crema Hot chocolate — The drink was served in a tall glass, that almost made me think milkshake like. It’s not too rich and just amount of sweetness if you can’t decide on any particular drink or not wanting a coffee drink. {Summary}: I think Crema would be a recommended place if you don’t want the busyness of Intermezzo or the corporate chain of Starbucks. 4 stars.

A definite five star. Came here after seeing it on Unilocal.I tried the Roma Cappuccino and Chocolate Louise with Hazelnut, and my wife had a regular coffee with a chocolate croissant. All was outstanding, and the staff displayed an exceptional attitude for great customer service. A discussion with one of the employees revealed that they are expected to ensure they do the right thing for the customer. And they obviously feel good about it. A real refreshing pleasant environment in this day and age of questionable customer service. They have been open for at least 2 years, and displaying the great attitude that they do suggests that they should be an excellent business for a long time. We don’t live real close, but I am looking forward to visiting at the next opportunity. Note to the Owner: Would like to see one of these open in Sugar Hill.

The pistachio macaroon! Love it! My favorite macaroon flavor and it’s made just right! So far the best I’ve had was Ladurée’s Pistachio flavor, then this comes second! I immediately loved how it wasn’t too sweet, and yet you can still taste the pistachio flavor perfectly balanced. The texture of the macaroon itself was just right because it was a perfect moistness and hardness together. Okay… hard to describe the actual texture of a correctly made macaroon, but trust me… it’s YUM! I’m not a coffee connoisseur either, so it was difficult to determine the quality of the Roma Latte I had. It certainly wasn’t bad :) Just trust my pistachio macaroon review and try it! There are plenty of other desserts available, but that will require many more visits to come :)

This place appears to be a simple neighborhood coffee shop. Appearances can be deceiving, though. Parking ======== Parking is tight at the private lot for this place, but because they are part of a larger shopping center, you can park close by and come in the«back entrance» Selection and ordering ================= Ordering is inside at a counter. You can get items to go, dine inside or dine on their patio. If you get food or coffee to enjoy inside, make sure to get a table marker(sometimes they forget) They have a selection of sandwiches, quiches and baked goods to order from in addition to coffee drinks. Food ====== Their food is surprisingly good for a café. Seriously: when you see this place and compare it to the food you get, you’re going to be all«that’s surprisingly good!» Coffee ====== Coffee is good with a capital«G» here. Seriously. I’ve had coffee from about 10 different shops around Atlanta. Unless you go to Italy, France or Seattle, you’re not going to get a better cup for miles. They have strong, toasty, rich flavors without being bitter. And of course, get it in a mug and enjoy it there. If you get it in a paper cup you’re doing it wrong. Ambience ======== Sometimes, coffee shops are super quiet. Sometimes, they’re loud hip places. This strikes a nice classy balance between the two. They have plenty of seating both inside and out, quiet jazz coming out of hidden speakers, and free wifi. This is a good place to chat with friends, do work, and enjoy a meal. Summary ========= This is one of the few places worth traveling across town for.

Granted, this is a coffee shop, but I’m really in love with the sandwiches. Oh yeah, the coffee’s pretty good too. Ahem. Crema was one of the spots I was excited to give a go after my two month scarcity. The shops gorgeous espressos luring me in, and then I get there and buy a sandwich and sample their free, complimentary, delicious, and fresh orange infused water. Okay, we also bought some macarons, raspberry & pistachio, and a caramel frappucino. Check in had given us a free roma cappuccino which apparently passed the cappucino test for us. We ordered one ‘pick two’ with half a French roast beef and tomato basil soup. My sandwich of choice was going to be the grilled chicken, but instead opted for the sunshine aioli croissant because aioli. Always. The croissant was super soft and just overall my sort of sandwich. It’s kinda like an egg salad sandwich pulled apart. The frappucino was really good, but after a few sips I knew I couldn’t drink it… or else the lactose intolerance would kick in. I’m not sure if they have soy or other milk subs though. I’ll have to check next time. The sandwich display case is a really nice touch, and the staff was super prompt about keeping the place bussed and clean. I’m definitely going to add Crema onto coffeehouse rotation!
