The food was okay. I chose a burger and fries because I could not decide what I wanted and I tasted the Lobster Bisque and it was bland. I initally ordered the Brio Burger from the bar menu but it was past the time of the bar menu.(FYI. The bar menu is M-F 3:30 to 6:30, and 9 to closing. We got their after 7pm and the hotess still placed them on table by accident) I did not see anything else I wanted so eat and everyone else already orderd. Waitress asked the chef to make me a lunch burger. The waitress was great, very friendly, and accommodating. The Food however took FOREVER. I am not joking a good 40 minutes or more. we Sat at 7:15. waited a little to order. and didnt get food ubtil after 8:15pm. we didnt know what was going on! The burger wasnt really seasoned(just a burger with provolone cheese) some parts were a little charcoal tasting but it was not dry. Overrall food taste and wait time made it ojay. Had great company so it wasnt that bad

Food was just ok. I asked for no asparagus, seems like they put in more and than some. Mozz/Tomato salad appetizer took about 30 minutes to come out. It had no taste. Waited another 30 minutes for just soup and salad. Service was pretty bad and very slow. Seems like the staff all hated being at work and at times were even arguing with each other as well as the manager. Our waiter could care less if we were there or not. I think he was also the bartender for the restaurant so he was all over the place. Seems as if they were having a party there so all the regular patrons attention was completely ignored. Also, duck shit all around the parking lot so be careful where you walk. Buckhead one is much better.

I gave it 4 stars because I’m not a fan of the parking but my drink made up for it, I had the Strawberry Fresca, it was amazing! I ordered 2. I also had the lamb chops YUM! The mashed potatoes were not my favorite though… reminded me of the box potatoes :(and I like a little texture to my potatoes. I also had some tea and Crème Brulee… Yum again! The place was clean the server was very attentive. I’ll probably be back! For that drankk!

Horrible wait staff. Food is mediocre, ceasar salad did not taste or look fresh, flatbread that accompanied spinach artichoke dip was stale, pasta al vodka along with $ 5martini specials were the highlight of the meal. Will not return to this location. Who requires valet parking…

Brio has really good food and of course the spicy shrimp and eggplant appetizer and peach Bellini are delicious and a must! This review is mainly about the service that I received. If you’re ever in the area and just have a taste for Brio, ask to be seated in Lauren’s section. You definitely won’t be disappointed. She works weekends and is absolutely AMAZING!!! She is very attentive and before you ask for anything she is coming with it, it’s sort of like she’s reading your mind. The last time my family and I visited the area we decided to dine at Brio and had the pleasure of being seated in Lauren’s section. So of course when we returned we asked to be seated in her section.

It’s a chain so don’t expect to be wowed, but you can expect consistent, good food at reasonable prices. They offer classic pastas, flatbreads, salads & an array of grilled meats. Brio is a warm, inviting & spacious restaurant that’s great for groups, families, kids, etc… They have something for everyone: regular menu, light menu, kids menu. Full bar with wines & cocktails. You can valet or self-park. They also have a nice wrap around patio & a lovely pond with ducks wandering around — great for warm weather! And the kids love the ducks. I’ve never had a bad meal here, but the service can be hit or miss. Some of my favorite apps — the roasted garlic, spinach & artichoke dip($ 11.50) — it comes with Parmesan flatbread for dipping — I always have to order more! The beef carpaccio($ 13) is also really good — it has a mustard aioli & Parmesan topping that makes it savory & zesty — it’s light & delicious. My favorite entrée is the shrimp Mediterranean($ 15). It comes chock full of all kinds of healthy & delicious ingredients: spicy grilled jumbo shrimp, orzo, faro, broccoli, asparagus, grape tomatoes, spinach, feta, & cilantro pesto vinaigrette. The portion size is very generous! I had plenty to take home for another meal. If you want something a little more decadent & rich, the Gorgonzola crusted beef medallions($ 22) are amazing! A great flavor combo & you’ll want to make your steaks like this at home! They also have chicken, fish & pork for those who don’t want pasta. For dieters or healthy eaters, the light menu with a few of their salads & entrees listed, along with their calorie content. The shrimp Mediterranean is on the light menu(485 calories).

Wow, I had high hopes for this place. The staff was friendly and fast and that’s why this places gets even one star. I don’t even know what to call that bread they provided us with. I had the shrimp ravioli and the shrimp tasted cheap and the filling for the ravioli tasted like paste. Don’t go here, it matches exactly they way people say. Id rather eat at Olive Garden.

Came here for Mother’s Day and I was pleasantly surprised to find that there wasn’t even a wait. We got the calamari as an appetizer and it was fantastic! It did not taste frozen at all and the marinara sauce to go with it paired perfectly. They had a quiche for Mother’s Day which was super cute because it was an actual mini pie, not just a slice of a larger quiche. Everything was delicious.

We went back to give Brio a second chance. It was a lovely day to sit in the patio and enjoy the lake view. Our server was polite and attentive and the food as always great. We enjoyed ourselves and plan on returning.

I was expecting a delicious bowl of carby-cheesy-noodly goodness and got a scoopful of pasta instead and a dollop of sauce. For the price, I was expecting something way better. The waiter was also really odd, and kept jumping into our conversations… I am all about the server chatting with us and being friendly, but he would just add his commentary whenever he came around. Some people may enjoy that, but I found it strange and mildly annoying. Honestly, I wish we would’ve gone to Olive Garden(across the street) instead.

We came here on 2 occasions. Once for dinner and second time we went for brunch. I must agree with my husband that our brunch experience was much better than our dinner. The reason that brunch is better is because the price vs quality was more impressive. Because the atmosphere was more casual, I guess we enjoyed our meal more too. We ordered 1 appetizer and 1 entrée. Our server was very kind to split the entrée in 2 plates. Very grateful for his initative.

They don’t serve coke here which is downright wrong. The food is good here. A bit pricy but you would expect that in the area. Not your normal Italian fare but good. I have been pleased with all my choices here. The sourdough bread is very good, the chop salad is good but they put too much dressing on. I really like the tilapia and also the pasta dishes I have had.

I’d like to start this review by saying I have been to Brio several times before and had only had very good experiences. I previously reviewed Brio on Unilocal and gave it 4 stars, however, after my experience last night, I will never return to this location. Here is why you should think twice about going here… I made a reservation 3 weeks ago for February 13th because I knew it would likely be very busy due to Valentine’s weekend. After much debate about where to go to celebrate Valentine’s this year(which also happens to be our engagement anniversary), my husband and I decided on Brio based on our past experiences there. We arrived shortly after 7:00 pm and checked in at the hostess station. Immediately we were told that they were behind on seating people(including those with reservations) due to some sort of slow down in the kitchen. This seemed understandable for a busy evening such as Valentine’s weekend, so my husband and I were happy to go wait in the bar until our table was ready(assuming it would be 10 – 15 minutes). About 30 – 45 minutes later, a hostess came and told us our table was ready, so we followed her back to the front area. She then ushered us right BACKTOTHEBARAREA and seated us at a booth in the bar. Ummmmm so making a reservation 3 weeks in advance for a romantic dinner gets you bar seating underneath a television with a basketball game on it??? Unacceptable. We went ahead and sat down, but the longer we sat there the more irritated we got. It was a good 20 minutes after being seated there before a server happened to walk by and ask us if anyone had helped us yet. By this point, we had started looking around on Open Table for other nearby restaurants that we could go to instead. Being the Saturday of Valentine’s weekend, though, there were not many open reservations available. We went ahead and ordered our meals, but soon after decided that we wanted to leave even if it meant just going back home instead of to another restaurant. We canceled our food, complained to the manager, and then headed back out to the valet station to get our car. While at the valet station, we talked to another couple who also seemed dissatisfied with their dining experience. They told us they had a 5:45 reservation and had to send their food back twice because it kept coming out wrong. It was 8:45 pm and they were just leaving… 3 hours after their reservation!!! What was actually causing all the slow down, I’ll never know. But my husband and I had been looking forward to a relaxing and romantic evening, and Brio fell incredibly short of providing this to us. I will never go back to this location.

Last night my wonderful boyfriend had invited me out to a special romantic dinner date. He is not from around here so he told me to suggest a place for a romantic dinner. Brio came to mind, since going to a holiday party a few years back. We decided to have a glass of wine and of course or waitress asked for ID’s. My boyfriend is not from here(he is just visiting) and carries his ID from his country. When she saw his ID she said, «well I’m not really supposed to accept this type of ID but I will this time. Also you should go and get a US visitors ID. First off, that to me was very rude. When I travel to other countries as a tourist I do not go and get a visitors ID and I do not expect for any tourist visiting the US for minimal time to get a visitors ID either. To me, she implied other things that I won’t elaborate on. After our delicious dinner(hence the two stars) we ordered dessert and as expected the bill came with the desert. We promptly paid with our card and continued to enjoy our stupendous cheesecake. Our waitress came back to leave the receipt on our table, we continued having our moment since we were not in a rush. After a little time passed, tears where rolling down my face while my boyfriend was getting ready to PROPOSE! But it was UNBELIEVABLE that this so called«waitress» SAT! at our table(directly in front of us) and said«I see you both are so involved with each other but I just wanted to collect my tip». I couldn’t believe it. She sat there until I wrote her a tip and signed it and gave it to her, all while tears running down my face. She ruined our special moment and our special night that only happens once in a lifetime. I assumed that Brio would have professional waiters, I am so unimpressed. If you have a special night planned, go somewhere else where people will respect you and your special night.

I’ve been here several times and the service seems to be getting slower and slower. My last visit was below Brio’s standards. I was with a party of nine and the restaurant was not busy so I would expect good service and it wasn’t. It was sloppy in fact. Long story short, we had to wait especially long for our food, except for my two kids meals that came out 15−20mn before everybody else’s. The wine glasses had greasy finger marks on them when they were brought to the table. Silverware wasn’t that clean either. I spoke with the manager to express my concerns and he agreed with me and comped our whole meal. Food is usually good but with the bad service again I don’t think I’ll be returning.

Completely unimpressed with my experience. My negative experience started with the valet who was overwhelmed and was barking orders at people who were waiting to drop or pick their car off. I mentioned this to the hostess who responded«he’s always nice to us». Huh? My next negative was bread crumbs all over the table and chair where we were seated. Perhaps there was a flock of birds dining at that table prior to me? Third negative was our entrees being delivered and literally dumped off on the edges of the table. Why you ask? Well that was because we had just started our salads! And the final negative was when I mentioned this to the manager who replied«what would you like me to do»? Sheeeesh, I rarely write a negative review but this place was amazing in the worst possible ways. I sincerely doubt that I would ever go back.(OK, I can’t help myself, I always feel compelled to say something positive… the food was good, but I couldn’t enjoy it because the rest of the horrid service had put me in a bad mood!)

Brio is definitely a good restaurant. However, today was not a good experience. There are a few things that went wrong but… the GREAT thing is that the manager fixed the issue. He corrected my food and offered me a free dessert. He was very nice and I appreciated his efforts. This is the only time that I experienced an issue with my service from this restaurant. I have been to this location several times.

We found Brio after doing a Unilocal search for restaurants in the area near Perimeter Mall. It was our second choice because of the 3 star rating, but after we ended up in their parking lot(while trying to get to our first choice) my family and I decided to go for it. We couldn’t have made a better choice. All of the elements that make up a great dining experience came together, and this made for a perfect lunch outing. The food was delicious, the setting was perfect, and our server was very helpful and professional. The first thing that stood out to us was the lake that surrounded this restaurant. There was a beautiful fountain and lots of geese and ducks. My kids really enjoyed this. The setting was quiet, very relaxed, and reminded me of a place that I dined at while on a beach vacation. The restaurant itself was large. There were lots of window seats that overlooked the water, and the outdoor dining area. There was also an open kitchen, so you could watch as your meal is being prepared. The second thing that impressed us was the food. Everyone enjoyed their meals. My daughter(age 5) decided on the Ravioli with Alfredo sauce, and she finished her food before anyone else. She couldn’t stop ranting about how«good» her food was. The penne pasta was a big hit with my 3 year old also. My husband chose to go with the Lobster and Shrimp Ravioli. While it wasn’t what he expected, it was a very pleasant surprise. He ate everything on his plate, and then finished it off by using bread to sop up the leftover sauce. More than a decade together, and I’ve never seen him do anything like this! I opted for the Lobster and Shrimp Fettuccine which was nothing short of perfect! There were mushrooms, shrimp, green onions, tomatoes, and chunks of lobster in a lobster butter sauce, served over fettuccine noodles. This dish had attitude! It was nothing like the boring Alfredo sauce lobster and shrimp pastas I’ve had at other restaurants. I ordered the«Chop» salad to accompany my pasta & it was delicious as well. We moved outside for dessert. My husband, and I nibbled at the Caramel Mascarpone Cheesecake while the kids fed the geese. The cheesecake was tasty, I’d give it an 8 out of 10. Decadent, but it didn’t blow me away. Brio Tuscan Grille is a winner in my book. I highly recommend visiting them, and bring your kids! My family and I had an amazing time.

My wife and I love Brio. I’d say it’s our favorite restaurant, and our constant top choice for a date night. First off, the appetizers. The calamari is delicious, can’t go wrong there. Lately, we have tried their bruschetta appetizers. Also delicious. Our favorite has been the tomato paste with bacon(could be wrong on the correct wording). Now for the good stuff… The entrees that we normally order are the Filet cooked rare for me, and the pasta a la vodka for my wife. Both are simply perfection. The filet is always cooked rare to perfection, and oh so tender and full of flavor. It comes with mashed potatoes that are delicious, and grilled veggies that are tasteful. The pasta a la vodka is a must try here. The vodka sauce is second to none, cannot be replicated(we’ve tried, ha!). Slightly spicy, and full of flavor. The only reason I have rated them 4 out of 5 stars is the hit or miss service. I work in customer service myself, and I’m self-admittedly tough to please. However, we’ve had some of the worst service I’ve ever received anywhere here! This lack of service has been better in the last year or so, and it seems as if that trend will continue. Please go try Brio. I always tell people if it’s not your favorite Italian, it’s because you haven’t tried it yet!

The food was awful. I had the sweet potato chicken risotto which had an aluminum, canned taste… And bit into a bone which nearly broke my tooth. I told the waiter about the bone and taste — his response was simply«oh yeah? Sorry– they use pulled chicken which has bones.» No credit, no real apology, after only eating two bites. I ate some of my husband’s lasagna instead which was more of a soupy mess of noodles and cheese rather than good baked lasagna. Ick. Only redeeming factor was sitting outside in nice weather… Though that was ruined by ducks that literally pecked our legs hoping to get food. I suppose they served decent wine– hard to mess that up! $ 80 later and hungry for decent food.

I had a business meal today with an important client whose offices are less than 2 blocks from Brio. They said it is one of their favorite places. As a result, we made this our meeting location. The food and service was fantastic! Alante(spelling?) was our server and I ate two cups of soup becaus it was so good(lobster bisque and cream of broccoli). My burger was super! As were the panini my clients ordered and the pasta my business team mate ordered. Nice job Brio in a business lunch well served! You are an instant favorite of mine.

I went to Brio for my friend’s 25th birthday. The staff was really nice and friendly. The Arnold palmer was one of best I have ever had. I ordered the campanelle carbonara. It was okay. I have had better Alfredo. The pricing was a little too steep for the lack of taste it offered. It is a nice place for a date, dim lights, candle light, very elegant.

A quick after work gathering brought me here. I anticipated enjoying the Happy Hour menu but that was only at the bar and since we had a large party we decided to get a table. I was kind of undecided on what to eat but glad I chose the Salmon. It had the perfect amount of seasoning that I ate every bite and washed it down with a delicious mixed drink whose name escapes me now. This was my first visit, although I enjoyed my meal there was nothing extra special about the place. The prices are a bit higher than Olive Garden but reminds me of it just the same. Who knows maybe I’m missing something and a second chance will do me good but for right now I’m not that impressed.

Customer Service can either make or break a restaurant and that’s the 2 stars for Brio. I went to Brio on a Wednesday night for my birthday and had a reservation for 8pm. They didn’t seat us until 8:20pm simply because the one table that could seat 7 people was still occupied by another party. While the hostesses offered us a drink while we waited it still didn’t make sense why they couldn’t have pushed two tables together to accommodate us and not wait 20 minutes to be seated. When we were finally seated the restaurant wasn’t full at all which really didn’t make my group the happiest. We had two waiters but only one really helped our table. The table was never cleared of dirty dishes once we finished our bread and drinks. Then our food was brought out and the table and dinner was simply a cluttered experience. The two stars is for the food because it tasted good, but the portion sizes are small for the hefty price. This would not be a first choice for my birthday dinner again.

Came back here for a birthday brunch for a friend(in fact the same friend I went with the last review I wrote. So as you can see she likes this place lol). We had about 6 people with us. The servers were attentive and very nice. I had the french toast stuffed with cream cheese with berries and bacon). It was great. I couldn’t even eat it all. I had one piece left and yes, I did ask for a to go box for that one piece lol! On top of all that, My sister brought a white chocolate birthday cake. So I’m pretty sure I have diabetes now lol. The servers were so good to us, we had to share the cake. They were also very nice to take beaucoup pictures of us for the celebration when asked. All in all, a very classy establishment. I think I enjoyed this experience better than my last one. If I’m in the area, I’d come back!

We came here for a wedding rehearsal dinner on a Friday evening. We were given two areas: the outdoor patio area and a private dining room inside. The outdoor patio is very nice, just steps from the bar with bocce ball for entertainment, a pond with ducks, and both high and low tables for everyone to relax. We enjoyed several appetizers outside, all were delicious. On to dinner! For our first course, we were served Caesar salads and they were fresh, delicious, and had just the right amount of delicious dressing. I chose the Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops for my main and boy, was it an overwhelming amount of food! Two large pork chops, mashed potatoes, and veggies. All were very good! Our meal ended with Dolchinos in Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake and Tiramisu. The Milk Chocolate Caramel Cake was my favorite – light and delicious! I tried two different drinks that evening: White Peach Sangria and the Bellini. Hands down, go with the Bellini. It’s frozen and very refreshing!

A bud and I have been trying to find new places to try lately, and I drove by this place one afternoon after picking up a gift, and thought it would be a cute place for us to try :) The lake view was one option that really had me wanting to take him here. We came here during lunch and we opted to sit outside. They had ample amount of shade so the sun wasn’t a big worry for it. We were quite surprised to see we had company. There were ducks and ducklings all around us. They were quite cute, although, it made me afraid that someone or something would step on them. He ordered the Sausage Peperonata Pomodoro and I ordered the Pasta Peso. We had lunch where we both had pasta a few weeks prior and that experience wasn’t so grand, so when he found out this place was italian, he was a bit taken back cause of our first experience elsewhere. However, once he bit into his dish, he was sold. Likewise for me. Which makes it odd to see some bad reviews for this place because we both thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Parking was a bit of an inconvenience but we chose to self park instead of valet. Overall, we had a great time.

So many mixed reviews about this place, but I was honestly impressed. This location is right across from where I work, so when my coworkers and I were ready for lunch, we just walked right to it. Needless to say, we didn’t experience the parking issues so many other people did. We had reservations for 12:45, and were seated after about 10 minutes because it seemed the people in front of us had reservations that weren’t found and the staff scrambled around. The restaurant was pretty empty at that time; just a few groups of people and older people who appeared to be on dates. While it did take a little while to order, when the food finally arrived, it was very good. All around me, my coworkers received huge servings of food. The salad, fish dishes, and other pasta dishes seemed to be amble. The Pesto Pasta I got was much smaller, in comparison. I wasn’t too disappointed, though, because it was around $ 12 while most everyone else had $ 15+ food. It was odd that there didn’t seem to be any pesto, but perhaps it was more of an Italian pesto they had added, rather than the Americanized version I’m used to eating. I liked that they even provided a spoon and fork, which is much more of an authentic Italian way of eating pasta. The flavor of the pasta and chicken was excellent! It seems a lot of people who rated this place poorly were at least in agreement about the taste of the food. While the price is a little steeper than I’m used to paying, at least the food was relatively well portioned and had excellent flavor to it. The wait staff was courteous and accommodating to our party of 8, and they made sure to come around frequently with drink re-fills. I would have like a little more bread at the beginning, only since I was famished and ate the two small pieces pretty quickly. That being said, there seemed to be lovely seating outside that was available and this seems more of a date place or a coworkers luncheon type place. Not sure if I would ever visit here otherwise, but it was a nice change of scenery from the places I usually frequent.

Busy place at 6 on a Saturday evening. We were promptly greeted and shown to our table. The server was also prompt and courteous, seemed very knowledgeable about the menu. A basket of fresh bread and seasoned crisps were brought out quickly. It was good… very good! We enjoyed the Salmon Griglia Insalata, Chicken Milanese, Tuscan Grilled Pork Chops, and Chicken Caprese. Prices seemed quite reasonable for portions. If I lived closer, I would certainly dine here more often.
