Sleep Inn & Suites

This place is wonderful. The staff is sweet. The rooms are clean and neat. They even gave us a free upgrade on our room for our 25^th anniversary. Breakfast was great. Not a bad thing to say about this place. Thank you all for a wonderful week. We definitely recommend this hotel.

My boyfriend and I came down to PA for a small get-​away trip and we decided to stay here. Best decision we’ve made! The service is completely amazing, so friendly and helpful. The rooms are so clean which is great because I am such a clean freak! The pool is warm, and clean. Everything is perfect honestly. I would definitely stay here again. Worth the money. Happy I choose Sleep Inn!

Three of us landed here after seeing our original hotel and leaving due to dirty rooms. We called the Sleep Inn and they said they’d hold three rooms until we got there (15 minutes later). They were courteous and friendly, with fast and easy check in. They were able to put us all on the same floor.
The rooms are clean and bright, with free wifi, a fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were super comfy. I only wish I knew how to work the lights – they automatically came on in the ‘hallway’ and bathroom, which was not what I wanted in the middle of the night!
Also, as someone noted below, the signage is terrible. If we had been coming at night, we would have completely missed it.
Breakfast was standard and good.
Overall a good experience and I would definitely stay again.

We ended up here because our big truck broke down.
5 days later, we are still stuck here. And today, to top it all off, is my birthday.
Management made me homemade chocolate chip cookies, and brought me a card.
I can honestly say, out of all the hotels I have stayed out in the past, this is my second favorite. And the only reason I say second is because I spent 15 weeks at a hotel due to work, and they were like family when I left.
The staff is incredible. They are happy, and genuinely happy to see us. The pool is the perfect temperature. The rooms are clean, and the bed is so comfy. The water in the shower stays hot, and has constant pressure.
The shuttle driver who picked us up offered to stop at a store for us knowing we were without a way around.
The hotel has been very busy, and the parking lot indicates it is close to full, and not a peep do we hear when we are in our room.
I am super fussy about temperature, and I had full control of it. There is a fridge and a microwave in the room. The TV reads my external hard drive, so no shortage of movies. The wifi has no problems when I play World of Warcraft.
The pet fee is VERY reasonable. And there are plenty of dogs around…
Honestly, I have a hard time finding anything wrong that is of any importance. I could try, but it isn’t possible without really digging hard.
If I ever come back to this area and I need a hotel. I can guarantee I will stopping here!!!

The most important question, would I stay again and recommend? Yes!
It should be noted that Monahan Ave looks more like an alley than a street a hotel would be on. Put some blasted signs on the main street. After traveling all day I am not interested in playing guess where the dang hotel is.

Very nice, very clean room. Staff are very friendly. Continental breakfast was actually really good (I don’t usually bother with those). I booked a suite for 2 nights and it was only a little over $ 220 in total, which I thought was very reasonable.

Sleep Inn is clean, affordable and a quick drive from Scranton. We booked two rooms for a family graduation, and after a slight mixup, we were offered a room upgrade or a comped stay. Front desk staff was also very helpful with directions and breaking large bills. Great experience!
