Awesome!!! Ramona is the best!!! So knowledgeable about mattresses. So much to learn. Answered all questions and made the decisions easier for us.

Let me start off by saying wow! From beginning to end I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I was greeted by Will when I entered the store. My intention was just browse the store and see what they had to offer. I didn’t plan on giving him much time (I know how salespeople can usually get) but I ended up sticking around, and I’m glad I did. He knew so much more about mattresses than I could imagine. He was able to break down all the ins and outs so I was aware of how my body reacts to each surface, and ultimately which one was best suited for me.
He provided me with the one on one attention that I would expect when making a large purchase like this. I worked sales for years when I was younger so I can differentiate honesty/​knowledge of a product, and telling the customer what they want to hear. He was upfront and honest throughout the entire buying experience. I would also like to add that when I went in the next day to pick up my mattress protector I got the pleasure of working with Jessica for about 30 minutes. She greeted me with a smile and helped finish what was already an amazing experience.

Excellent customer service. The salesman (William) was knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. Definitely recommend this place for someone buying a mattress.
