Jared and his staff were great! From the prompt towing to the proper diagnosis then to find the fair price to repair my suv. I am very happy with the knowledge, service and prices and I would recommend them to anyone.

We have had several of our cars serviced by Pfeifer auto. From tires, batteries, whole new engine and even a totaled car. They are very efficient and affordable. They have been open for over 40 years. That’s huge in any business especially the auto repair business. They stand behind their work too.

This is the towing company that towed my daughters car from an accident scene when her car got totaled. They put on hold on her car after she had signed a release form to release it. Charged her for two weeks of storage that it should not have been there. The owner Bobby, is rude and very nasty! The office staff is very incompetent and very unorganized. As soon as we walked in to a nasty office I knew she had been taken advantage of. It took them 20 minutes to find a folder from a couple of weeks ago, the whole time Bobby was running his mouth about what a shitty insurance company my daughter had, there was no professionalism about this one. How he had been doing this for almost 45 years, blah blah blah! Told us to basically GFY and then followed us out to our car and started verbally assaulting us. What a POS, he even stood behind our vehicle and wouldn’t let her back out! I’m glad that I didn’t let my daughter go by herself there, he can have the $ 300. Just wanted people to know that this place is a cluster waiting to happen. If you happen to have a problem with them, you will find out firsthand. Good luck with that office staff, oh by the way, they will lie!

I can’t even begin where to start with this company. I was in a collision on August 28^th 2015. My vehicle was towed to Pfeiffer’s Auto. I went in person to their office to release my totalled vehicle to my insurance company on September 17^th 2015 (which i have a copy of with date on it) however Bailey, one of the office girls took it upon herself to tell my insurance company that they hadn’t heard from me nor had I released my vehicle to them. That was a lie. They were sucking money from me while my car was sitting in their lot. My insurance only covers $ 300 for towing and storage charges (which I previously told Bailey so I was trying to move things as fast as possible). The total was almost $ 900 because my car was sitting there those extra days because Bailey lied and said my vehicle was on hold whatever that is supposed to mean. I got ahold of the office manager, Stephanie who was rude and pretty much told me I was s*** out of luck they got their money so they were happy. DO NOT give your business to this company they will scam you. I’m still going to try to get my $ 300 from them because it’s just not right. I work super hard for my money and I’ve already been vehicleless for 2 months! I thought my insurance company was the one taking so long but thanks to Bailey at Pfeiffer’s I was just in limbo. I will be contacting the owner in person on Monday to see what he says about everything. If nothing comes of it I will be standing with sweet signs on the sidewalk next to their business. See how they like it when people mess with their money.

This tow company is the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Charged me $ 120 to take my brothers truck out from an extremely small ditch. Then, when he finally got there, he barely moved it out of the ditch. So much so that it was almost back into where it had started from.
Very displeased with company, prices and quality.
