I came in for some help with my old Schwinn and the friendly guys at OTE spent time finding an old seatpost to fit my bike. The OTE guys took really went out of their way to make sure I was able to get going with a smile on my face.
If you have an older bike, these guys have a stock of parts to help, they also carry plenty of accessories for newer bikes and really are friendly :-)
Thanks again guys for keeping my old Schwinn on the road!

Stopped in here when staying at my Oldsmar condo. They replaced a brake cable that was not functioning and I felt and rode safer than ever. I’m thinking of replacing my road bike with a hybrid and they will be the first shop I go to when I come back down in January. OTE rocks!

My cousin was attempting to climb the bridge over I19 on the Pinellas Bike Trail when the derailer on his bike exploded. Luckily the OTE Bike Shop was a close walk away. We all walked our bikes over to the shop and although they were very busy, they had a new derailer on our bike and we were back on our way in less than a half hour. The young kid who worked on the bike was a wizard. There was an electric bike ahead of us that he fixed in 5 minutes and I was amazed how knowledgeable and quick he was. We could not have been more impressed. Also very reasonably priced. I plan to take my bike over for the $ 30 tune up. Thanks again OTE!

Great service — friendly local biz! $ 30 tune up — the cheapest around! My new bike shop! I made it from Dundein Causeway to Clearwater Beach after my tune up :)
